I booked an umrah trip for my parents through Aqdas Travels and our main contact was Muhammad Sheryar. My parents were going for the first time for their Umrah so I wanted everything to be included for them, so my package included flights, hotels, visas, Zayarats for Makkah and Madhina, private Umrah guide and private car transfers. Alhamdullilah everything went well and they were able to complete their Umrah and spent a pleasant time in both cities. The hotels were really good and were of our choosing and the staff were good as well, and so was the transport company. The only mishap that happened was at Jeddha airport in their arrival, but that wasn’t a fault of the travel agent but rather the staff at Jeddha airport. Muhammad Sheryar was pleasant to talk to and customised the package completely around our needs and worked within the budget, he was also available to answer any questions and queries that we had at all time of the day which was really appreciated, I would definitely consider planning another trip with them soon Inshallah.

I booked it through Aqdas travels and muskan was my person of contact in the company. I had certain requirements for the booking for umrah as I was taking my mum which she struggles to walk and all requirements was met like 5 star hotels,close proximity to al nabawi mosque and al haram . All transportation from and to airport be organised and hassle free for me.also we booked zuriyat with muskan aswell.
