Superior Service by APT
We made UK friends during a recent APT tour to Vietnam. They wanted to book another tour with APT to India and asked us to come along. As Australians this tour was not available through the Australian APT office. We were able to contact the UK APT office and with the magnificent service from Anton Sandiford the tour was booked with no problems. He sourced all our details from the Australian office and kept in real time contact with me through emails and voice calls (it was almost midnight here by the time the booking was complete). I have no hesitation in recommending APT and particularly Anton!

Our APT holiday in Vietnam and Cambodia…
Our APT holiday in Vietnam and Cambodia was full of interesting and exciting experiences. Everything was so well organised, the hotels and river cruise boats were of a very high standard and all the staff, including APT Tour Director and guides, as well as the crews and hotel staff looked after us exceptionally well. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

12 day tour of Tasmania
Our guide, Carole, was exceptional and Dave our driver was excellent. We stayed in a variety of hotels and all were good for very different reasons. One disappointment was the very tough beef at Cradle Mountain but the chicken was good.
Another disappointment was on the 12th day which listed a visit to the Salamanca Market. We had breakfast and then left to our own devices though we could go to the market if we wanted. This was what made it a 12 day tour, and not an 11 day tour, which in fact it was.

Exceptional holiday
We have just come back from 15 day Vietnam and Cambodia highlights Tour.
APT was fantastic, their tour director and all guides were very professional and all went the extra mile for us.
Excellent hotels, river boat Mekong Serenity and small, informed daily tours.
APT exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend them.

Quest of the Senses
It certainly is a holiday as described in the title, Quest of the Senses. Fabulous experiences, great food and the CGH Earth Experience Hotels were fantastic. Taj hotels nowhere near the standard of the CGH hotels. Brilliant tour director who was local and flexible. Good vehicle and the bonus was that there were only three of us on the tour.

Great Holiday…
The Holiday was very well organised from start to finish.
The freedom of choice excursions were very good. The Hotels and Mekong Serenity ship could not have been better. The location of the hotels were excellent. The food on board was excellent. All the crew and staff were brilliant.
A special thank you must go out to Son our tour director, He was always available to talk to, Very helpful with all maters and did a excellent job.

An unforgettable trip to Vietnam and Cambodia
An unforgettable trip due in no small part to APT's attention to detail and being treated like royalty! I can't fault the itinerary, the first class hotels and the river boat "Mekong Serenity" together with the friendliness of the Vietnamese and Cambodian people who were genuinely delighted that we would visit their countries, still recovering from war and genocide. The only downside was the interminable long haul flights in Economy class with upgrades too expensive to consider.

A very well organised tour of New Zealand.
A very well organised and extensive coach tour of the South and North Islands of New Zealand. A good itinerary staying at well appointed hotels and providing a choice of optional activities. Not all the Freedom of Choice activities though were of equal interest or value - a point which was only clear after the event. We made good choices but some others in the group were disappointed. This is something for APT to consider. Be prepared for early starts and some long coach journeys but well worthwhile to see the stunning scenery and enjoy the good food and wine.

Sensory Marvels of Rajasthan
From start to finish the attention from APT staff, guides and support personnel was excellent.
The accommodation in each of the 6 locations was of a high standard, we had opted for the available hotel upgrade which paid off.
The excursions and site seeing was well balanced with the guides being knowledgeable and helpful with personal attention when required. There were however 2 days when after an extensive programme we were taken to workshops and salerooms and encouraged to purchase items which made the day longer than perhaps was necessary. Day 6 in Jaipur was particularly hectic and so could perhaps be spread over 2 days. We were however very lucky to see Tigers and a leopard on our 2 trips in Ranthambore.
A special mention has to be made for Ramish our driver and his assistant who manipulated the many miles of travel excellently.
Final point, not sure where the £400 tips and gratuities that was included in our booking price went as we felt obliged to tip on many occasions so this aspect could do with some clarification.
All in all a terrific trip.

We went to Vietnam and Cambodia with APT this included a weeks river cruise on the Mekong. We could not fault the company, the Tour Director 'Tony' was excellent, he was very professional and a lovely man. The Hotels were great. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely holiday with them company again.

Been on a river cruise before but APT surpassed all our expectations, from the quality of the hotels, staff,trips and food. Luc our Tour Manager went above and beyond to make sure our holiday ran smoothly. The early starts were well worth getting up for to make sure that we saw as much as we possibly could in the time we had.
