Richard was fantastic and communicated things very well to me and answered questions. He addressed all of the needs that I brought up with him and I had a great experience.

Ants
The tech listened to me about the ants, we tried to guess the source of the ants. He sprayed around the kitchen sink area as that was the location of the ants. The tech sprayed outside in the same area of the kitchen sink. After a week plus there is still indications of ants that are dead, fewer than before.

Difficult to contact
Difficult to reschedule. I signed Up for 4 visits/year and they came every month. I told The service person each month I only signed up for quarterly service. When you try and reschedule online you can only move out a week. I finally got ahold of someone on the phone and scheduled specific days out 9 months ago 2 weeks later the service came again. I called Back on phone and they could not find any record of me in the system. I provided address phone number and email. No record of me calling in. Then a day later I received email that my credit card had expired and I owed for service. Very frustrating company to deal with. In general service people at house are good to work with. It is the company that could use some customer service improvements

Poor communication, customer service needs improving
The past two appointments were troublesome. The one that was originally scheduled in January, no one ever showed up. Then I recieved an email stating they had canceled the appoinment. I rescheduled it to February 7th, but they wouldn't accept that and they rescheduled it to Feb 9. I told them that it HAD to be in the morning. The tech didn't arrive until afternoon. Then when he arrived, I received 2 text messages from Aptive telling me they had canceled the appointment again. I don't know what is going on with them, but once our contract is over, we will not be renewing. Their communication is horrible. Their prices are high and quite frankly, they just don't do a thorough job like I expect.

Stealing water and trespassing
The other day while setting in our office. I hear water being turned on in our front yard. I asked my husband if he had gone outside to turn our water on and he said no. So, we opened the front door and there is a gentleman that my husband asked what are you doing scared the sh-- out of this gentleman and he tells us that our neighbor's water was turned off. Which was not true. The gentlemen tells us that he does this all the time. Really, I guess he thought no was home. We should have called the police. I know it sounds petty. But if he does this all the time and doesn't get caught cause the average person or household are working. We did call the 855 number, and you get someone in Africa. Can't call the Murry Utah office and talk to someone in our state. We did tell the neighbor what had happened, and he said he was going to talk to them. If he would have come to the door and ask. We would have said OK. But it's the principle. This took place in Taylor, UT

Great service
It's important to me that I have the pest control service come first thing in the morning and I was so impressed that I received a text from Casey at 7:45 telling me he would be at my home in approximately 15 to 30 minutes. I appreciate how he took all of the pictures of the work he performed and explained what he had done in a text as he sent the photos. I didn't have him spray inside the house this time but he assured me I could call anytime and he could come back out and do it!
