Reliability
Aptive sends reminders for the upcoming treatment date and and arrives on time for the appointment. The employees are friendly and explain what they are planning to do and ask if there is anything else that needs to be addressed.
We have been very satisfied with Aptives’ program.

Dont deceive people just to get there business !
The salesman was very personable , Zach I believe is his name . Definitely could sell a blind man a car , TV and subscription to smut magazine . He had good selling traits . He needs to be taught the value of Honesty , integrity and that people do still appreciate being told to there face if they can do it or not . We had another coming doing the big killing , my mom insisted , even though I do the big killing . Zach came along and pretty much told my mom how bad this other company was and being dishonest . She was paying 40 bucks a month and Zach said he could match that because of the problems we have had with other company. We didn’t have problems we just were not here when they came so my mom as well with Zach got her to change over . Now we are not just a number or a 50 dollar bill . We can change again back to the other be for 40 a month . But we decided to see his things go . At first the first 2 times we were serviced the service guy texted me ahead of the day he was coming to ask if we needed anything specific to check etc.. but now I don’t receive any such text so how do I know he even comes by ? It’s these things that make a good complaint that people trust and believe in . But I’ve seen it time after time , that service fade out of existence , over time . I know catch em , show great service then fade . I know you go beyond what is normal by doing that , and I also know it’s à plan . But if you want to keep us , we would like a drop in monthly service payment , to 40 bucks . Not to much to ask when we were told that from the beginning . Or what was said was I’ll try and get it to 40 a month ? Again , don’t lie to us just to get our business . Even if he thought there might have been a chance , which he knew u would not do that . He called but he still kept saying might , maybe , I’ll talk to him , whoever him is ? So that’s my proposal for being basically told what we wanted to hear but had no intent whatsoever to give us the 40 to match the last company . And we had lots of problems quitting that company . They said we needed to pay off the contract whether we had service or not because in the contract it said this . Ok thank you

If anything about the pricing discussion or expectations around matching $40 a month felt unclear or misleading, that’s something we take seriously. You should never feel like you were told what you wanted to hear just to earn your business.
We also hear your concern about communication from your service professional. Consistent updates, including notifications before service, are an important part of the experience. If those texts have stopped, we’d like to look into that right away. You deserve to feel confident that service is being completed and to have the opportunity to request anything specific before a visit.
Regarding pricing, we can’t adjust plans directly through a review, but we absolutely want to review your account and have a transparent conversation about what was discussed at signup and what options may be available. Our goal is to earn your trust long term, not just secure a new account.

Puddles of product everywhere …
There were spots and puddles of liquid throughout the house. I had to get down on my hands and knees and wipe up the excess liquid. It was so wet that it popped off the baseboard in one section of the bedroom. Either the service rep didn’t know how to use the equipment or the equipment was faulty. If this happens again I will cancel my service. Very upset.

Since using Aptive (5-6 years)
Since using Aptive (5-6 years), the seasonal invasion of ants has abated. Bait traps have also minimized rodent population as I am adjacent to a wild area.
Each Technician has been knowledgeable, thorough, and pleasant. Mitch performed my last service and didn't have to be prompted to do a complete job. I am appreciative.
