Polite, friendly. Confirmed what I had reported that I needed done and asked if there was anything else. Asked before going into the house. Confirmed which rooms he could and could not enter. Told me when he was finished inside, asked if there were additional things I needed done outside. At the end, told me what he did, and again asked if that was all I needed. Thanked me before he left.

I had to pay for a service that wasn't even my house. I would get my money back, as they indeed recognized not doing the correct house. I never received my money back.
