I didn’t have any problem with the normal spraying out side, but I had two other areas that was not done and I called you guys back to let you know I needed those areas needed to hit you guys responded and said you was sending some one out to do it but know came out. Dani texts to let me know they’re arriving, asks what specific issues we are having, takes photos verifying the work completed and is careful to avoid my vegetable plantings. All the details are heard, managed, and delivered. Very happy customer!

Here's Something Different; They follow through!
Aptive does an amazing job of focusing on the task they have been hired to do. Every tech that comes to my house is personable and answers every question I have. They are diligent in their services and it shows in everything they do. If you aren't happy with your current provider, you should check them out.

Since switching very happy
Since switching to Aptive, the number of insects inside drastically reduced - and they’ve never had to treat inside which I’m happy about so family is not as exposed to chemicals. Very pleased.

The technician did not show up
The technician did not show up. I was sent pics of a house, but it was not my house. I waited for the technician because I was going to have them go into the garage. I really hope you will not be charging me for this service that I never received.

The first few visits were awesome
The first few visits were awesome! The last two times, no traps were set up in the garage. There are fewer pests on the back of the house than we normally deal with.
