Coaching is great. They are all patient with me and help a computer illiterate grandma get all questions answered. The 24/7 help line is very helpful also. I like the notes for US and Premium on the products so favorites are easy to choose. Coaches listen to you, make suggestions and tell you why - I like that. So far, everyone has been pretty easy to work with. I only had issues with a female Compliance Officer, she actually got disrespectful with me and finally another person got on line and we got business taken care of. All other experiences April thru May have been great. Thank you all.

One of the best thing about appscenic is the wide range of products available on the platform to sell and the quality of these products. Also the choice of carefully selected suppliers on the platform and most importantly the shipping time frame that's is offered to the customers. The technology to sync with other ecommerce stores is quite impressive as well. Overall it's just a better experience compared to others.

Good dropshipping website if you are starting up your business. The product descriptions aren’t that great though. They have a lot of typos and aren’t written out very professionally. As far as the products themselves, I have only seen 1 so far and it is of good quality and the pricing is reasonable. I will continue using this drop shipper until I get more consumers.

Support service response time and details provided in response appeared to be personalized vs. generic canned automatic reply.

I was on the site for about 3 weeks, but in the short time I was very satisfied with the fast and kind customer service. I am also satisfied with the technology on the site, which is very user-friendly. (Although I don't read English that well). Also, products that are not on other sites.
Unfortunately, what I lack is a design template that is compatible with eBay.
