I work in the higher education sector in a marketing department. My employer allowed me to take on my Level 4 Marketing Executive apprenticeship with Apprentify to enhance my skills and be able to take on larger projects.

Overall, I'd say it was a fantastic course and well worth doing. I've learned so much through my classes and independent study, and I can get more involved with strategic conversations and projects. It honestly makes my job easier now, I can actually understand a lot of the lingo and terms.

Not really a criticism, but something to be aware of is that the materials were quite business/sales heavy (which is great for most people taking on this course), but not so much for working in education.

That being said, it didn't really make it more challenging, but sometimes you do have to be a bit more creative to work around your individual circumstances. Whenever I was struggling, my tutors were on hand to help me relate it back to my sector.

It actually helps you learn the theories more and understand how marketing works in each sector.

Also, just want to give a special shout-out to my class teacher, Simon Rayson, and my tutor, Bianca Glynn. You guys were absolutely fantastic, and I want to say thank you for all your help through my Level 4.

After beginning my apprenticeship with a provider that ultimately ceased trading due to an Ofcom failure, I was at risk of running out of funding and stalling my progress. Joining Apprentify midway was a turning point: they welcomed me back into learning, secured the resources I needed, and, most importantly, Mark B’s expertise kept me focused and motivated. His deep industry knowledge, practical insights, and unwavering support transformed my experience, culminating in a Distinction in my End-Point Assessment! I couldn’t have asked for a more dedicated coach or a more professional apprenticeship provider.

The structure of learning was amazing, very well planned and thorough. But, the main person that made my experience so enjoyable was my coach Nihal, she went above and beyond and supported me through every step and change, so thankyou :)

I have emailed apprentify twice regarding info on apprenticeships and I have recieved no response.

While I was told the training would be tailored to my needs, it didn’t always feel that way, and the mock exams didn’t fully prepare me for the real assessments.

That said, some staff members were helpful along the way, and I appreciate the support I did receive (by multiple trainers). With more consistency and clearer guidance, I believe the experience could be even better for future learners.

Good classroom sessions, interactive and engaging. Some classroom sessions are drawn out and long-winded - think group work that lasts a whole day, but could be wrapped up in a few hours. The coaches and trainers are very friendly and approachable, and the activities on BUD (the learning platform) are relevant and varied. The 6 weekly check ins are helpful to stay on track. It can feel a little distant, so if you aren't self-motivated, you may struggle.

Apprentify went above and beyond. Ellis the original apprenticeship coach and Cristian who took over once Ellis left were both fantastic and helpful. It was easy to contact them. Apprentify helped me through the Apprenticeship process and I would recommend them to future Apprentice's and companies looking for a provider.

Overall I thought that my time with Apprentify was good. The consistent feedback and support from my tutor was very helpful with getting me through the course.

Somethings that didn't work as well for me was that the lessons weren't the most engaging they could be. It was a lot of sitting quietly and listening for 8 hours a day, sometimes back-to-back and I feel like this wasn't enabling me to get the most out of my lessons.

Overall I thought the course was enjoyable, it was also very interesting to me as it's something I look into outside of work and the projects I had to work on helped me to develop both personally and professionally.

I have recently completed a level 4 Business Analyst apprenticeship through Apprentify. Throughout the programme, I felt consistently supported by both my Development Coach and the wider Apprentify team. The online sessions were informative and engaging, and the platform made it easy to track my progress and access any materials. Everything was well planned out with clear communication and encouragement at every stage - especially during my end point assessment, which I felt well prepared for due to their support. I'd highly recommend Apprentify to anyone looking to grow their skills while working in a professional environment!

I had the absolute pleasure of being taught by Ali Kanji as part of the Data Analyst course at Just IT Bootcamp, and I can confidently say that it was one of the best learning experiences I’ve ever had.

Ali Kanji is an amazing technical trainer who explains every single question with incredible patience, making sure no one is left behind. He provided us with a wealth of study materials, carefully curated to cover both the core concepts and advanced topics, and he made sure we had access to all the important resources we can continue using in the future as learners.

His teaching style is engaging, supportive, and motivating — I truly loved and enjoyed every part of this journey. Thanks to Ali Kanji, I feel much more confident in my data analytics skills and better prepared for the next steps in my career.

I’ve had a great experience with Apprentify throughout both my Level 3 and Level 4 apprenticeships. From the beginning, the support has been consistent and reliable. The team are always approachable and responsive, and the development coaches in particular have been a huge part of my success — their guidance and encouragement made a real difference in keeping me motivated and on track.

It’s clear that support is something Apprentify truly excels at, whether it's through regular check-ins, learning resources, or the personalised attention from coaches.

If I were to give any feedback, it would be regarding the structure of the classes. Some sessions did feel quite lengthy, and I believe they could be improved by breaking them down into shorter, more manageable segments or by making them more interactive to help maintain focus and engagement throughout.

Overall, I’m very pleased with the journey and would definitely recommend Apprentify to anyone looking to progress through an apprenticeship programme with solid support and a positive learning environment.

Extremally friendly, resourceful and I'm happy with the training provided.

However, the online class was very disappointing as all the breakout rooms were left in silence with cameras off. It felt like a waste of time and that i could of studied off line instead.

The only other bad bit was the turnaround of the three trainers left me a little panicked. Diane and Hardeep were lovely, it was just a shame I didn't have them for the full duration.

My apprenticeship was meant last 12 months, it lasted nearly 18 months due to the first 2 tutors being beyond useless, the 2nd had put me forward for the wrong end point assessment, this wasn't found out till afterwards and I had to re do the correct assessment.
Whenever help was asked for i got nothing but shirty replies, no support whatsoever.
The final tutor i had was brilliant and he had to deal with all the fallout of his predecessors sheer incompetence, this negative review does not reflect on him, just the previous 2.

Jane Montague was such a wonderful teacher, as were the others who provided our lessons throughout the year, they were amazing.
Apprentify were mainly good although very disorganised towards the end of the assessment, with lots of late information about EPA. The wait between taking the mocks and the final exam was 4 months which was too long.

Really enjoyed my course! I did the digital marketing level 3 & had a great experience, an amazing coach who helped me every step of the way. Highly recommend!

I had high hopes for Apprentify, especially after hearing so many positive things about the service. Initially, I had excellent communication with the Apprentify representative, who was helpful and kept in touch as I went through the job search process. However, after attending the interview for a role, I was left in the dark.

Despite multiple attempts to follow up and ask for feedback on how the interview went, I received no response. I felt completely ghosted and was left with no closure or updates. This lack of communication and support was really disappointing, especially given the positive reputation Apprentify has.

For a service that claims to offer support throughout the job search, my experience has been far from that. I would have appreciated a lot more follow-through, and unfortunately, I can’t recommend the service based on my experience.

Giovanna was a phenomenal trainer and greatly helped me complete my software development technician apprenticeship. The course was amazing and always had support to offer when I needed it. :-)

I completed a level 3 apprenticeship with apprentify and had great support throughout. They helped keep me updated when I couldn't attend due to childcare and my tutor Gio was amazing throughout and supported me all the way to the final assessment. I can't thank her enough.

Would really recommend joining Apprentify for a digital marketing apprenticeship. Massive shout out to Chris (My Trainer) who helped me throughout the course of the program, sharing knowledge and guiding me.

Great service, had an incredible personal coach - Chris Schumacher. Highly recommend for others to use.
