Honestly, this sleep product has been a game changer. I’ve been using it as part of my night routine and I can really feel the difference. I feel more relaxed before bed, I fall asleep easier, and I wake up feeling more refreshed instead of tired and heavy. Perfect for anyone who struggles to switch off after a busy day or hard training session. Definitely something I’ll keep using.

I tried this product, and honestly its effect was mild. It didn’t help me sleep, and I also woke up the next day feeling sluggish because of this supplement.

Have used it for a few nights and have slept better than I expected, especially in this heat too. Definitely going to continue using this, and will try the different flavours as bought the Berries first of all.
