The engineer came out already equipped with the parts that were needed to fix my washing machine and repaired it very quickly. He was knowledgeable about how to maintain and prevent the problem happening again. Excellent service .

Really great service. Came out the same day to repair our broken fridge, diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes and ordered the requisite part. Returned 5 days later to fit it once the part had arrived. Afterwards when still having some problems with our water dispenser, the engineer got back to us within 24 hours and then returned and fixed it (slight freeze in water line). Excellent service, couldn’t recommend them enough!

Rob is genuine and trustworthy, one of the most important things needed when you have the added stress of an appliance not working. He came the same day and explained in detail what was wrong with our fridge/freezer. How much the parts would cost and he promised us that the day the parts arrived he would fix the fridge because he understood how difficult it was without a fridge/freezer. He fitted the parts and showed us how to clean certain filters to maintain the fridge/freezer. We were all impressed with his high level of service. Thank you Rob

What a great guy. Noone wants to be left without an appliance that they use everyday. Rob came out less than 24hours after calling him. He fixed our washing washing within ten minutes and gave me advice on it so the problem wouldn't happen again. Rob was professional and very friendly. Highly recommended!!
