They charged you extra for the library even though you paid for a 3-day subscription anyway. I wasn't able to click cancel the subscription, which I assume they did on purpose to stop people from canceling their subscriptions. All I can say is never use them again. I'm extremely grateful I canceled it before it got worse.

I ordered “trial” subscription for 3 days for 0.99$. Then I canceled it because I did not need it anymore. They wrote “Will be charged - No, sub is cancelled”. Then after few days surprise came and $30 amount (monthly subscription) was taken from my account by this company. I immediately blocked my card, but it was too late. Support team was absolutely useless in solving this issue.

BUT if u have done so go to support page click cancel subscription and write message that if they don’t cancel it asap your gonna sue them. It worked for me

To share a bit about myself, I’m a 19-year-old student. My mother, an immigrant in Italy for the past six years, works hard to support our family. For me, losing this money is not just inconvenient—it’s devastating. This isn’t just a service fee; it’s a significant portion of my monthly budget.
What’s worse, the subscription cancellation process was deliberately obscure. There was no visible "cancel subscription" button in my profile, which left me stuck in a cycle of payments I couldn’t escape. On top of that, the $30 charge was buried in fine print, far from obvious. This lack of transparency feels deceitful and unacceptable for any company.
I hope this review serves as a warning to other students and individuals with limited budgets. Companies like Expert Chat need to prioritize honesty, clarity, and fairness—especially when their customer base includes people who can’t afford to lose money to unclear terms and unnecessary fees.

Comme tous les autres… sans le savoir, j’ai été prélevé 29,90€ comme si j’avais pris un abonnement alors que non. Il y avait marqué de payer 1€ pour des mots de texte et au final.. 1 mois plus tard, prélèvement de ~30€ sur mon compte.
Je voudrais être remboursée, étant étudiante je ne peux me permettre d’être prélevée, encore moins sans consentement !!

Be careful! I bought a 0,99$ subscription valid for 3 days. Well it turned out that it was valid only for a couple of uses, I was ok no problem, 3 days later, so today they tried to take from my card 29,99$, twice! I had to call my bank and blocked them! So be careful, if you already made a subscription with them just block them immediately.

Fraudulent and Unethical - Stay Away!
I regret ever signing up for this website. After canceling my subscription, they continued to charge me, even after I replaced my credit card. I don’t understand how they managed to do that without my new card details—it feels like outright theft..
To make matters worse, they don’t make it easy to remove payment information or stop charges. I had to contact my bank to block them and dispute the transactions, which has been a huge headache.
This experience has been nothing but stressful and frustrating. Their practices are shady and unethical. I wouldn’t recommend this site to anyone. Avoid them like the plague unless you enjoy being charged for something you no longer use and battling with terrible customer support.

Beware this site is 1000% bogus site. I subscribed for 3 days just for trail and it was so poor that I didn't use it even second day. But it automatically subscribed for monthly subscription and then the audacity of the website is there's no option to cancel subscription.
I cancelled my card and ordered new credit card but worst part is I got a notification today they again charged me.
Unfortunately the support email on the site is not a working email. I emailed to this address support at expertchat.me and got non delivery failure.
Even after changing the card, they are still deducting the money, no idea how.
