Excellent Expedited Apostille Service and Very Smooth Process
I had a very positive experience with Apostilles.us. I requested the expedited apostille service, and my documents were completed and delivered very quickly within the expedited timeframe they had explained. The timing made a huge difference for me, especially because I was dealing with an urgent situation.
The communication was clear, professional, and reassuring throughout the process. Document authentication can be stressful, but their team handled everything efficiently and made the process much smoother than I expected.

It was supposed to take 7-10 business…
It was supposed to take 7-10 business days to get my document. It took 14. I did not have it in time for my Visa appointment and now I have to get a new visa appointment. This set back my Visa by at least 4 months.

We'd like to respectfully add some context for anyone reading. Your order was a Federal Apostille for an FBI background check, which is issued exclusively by the U.S. Department of State in Washington, DC. As disclosed in writing on March 16 before you approved the option, federal apostilles take 7–9 business days to process and cannot be expedited by any service provider, this is a government processing window entirely outside our control. Shipping time is separate from processing time, which is also disclosed at intake.
Your timeline:
Mar 17 - Payment received, document dispatched to USDOS
Mar 31 - Completed by USDOS; FedEx overnight tracking sent to you the same day
Apr 3 - Delivered to your address
We shipped overnight the moment it was back in our hands. At no point did your document sit with us.

I wasn't sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised at the speed of the service. It was a little pricey but in the end worth it. The envelope arrived with the docs in a folder inside a plastic sleeve - which I was very thoughtful as it was raining here. I would definitely recommend this company
