I am very impressed with the team at Global Apostille - they obtained an express apostille of my certificate in under 5 working days. Then, they made thorough arrangements with DHL to courier the above to a remote part of South East Asia. Would highly recommend the team! Thank you, Aida!

Definitely won’t recommend this service. Not happy at all. I applied for my Police Clearance Certificate for Australian immigration. After paying the initial 50% fees, the communication from Aida was very poor, several unanswered emails and several stressed calls from Australia to find out what was going on. Then 16 days after paying the full fees plus DHL courier fees and not receiving it, I enquired only to find out it was never sent. It only got posted after I requested proof of shipment.

Aida was very quick to respond to my initial enquiry for a Police Clearance. I submitted everything and paid her 50% of her invoice on the 03/04/2025. She assured me it would take 5 days. It is now 14 days! She does not respond to my emails. I have phoned her in South Africa 3 times now from Australia and she says she will email me. She does not sound lucid or professional on the phone and I am deeply concerned this a major scam. Now she has my money she is ignoring me.

I want to update my review of Global Apostille. What I needed on the 03/04/2025 was a South African Police Clearance BEFORE 24/04/2025 for my visa in Australia.
I appointed Global Apostille for their services to provide me with the necessary PC. I submitted all my documents on 03/04/2025 to Aida. Aida confirmed “all was in order”. I paid her 50% up front on the same day and was promised it would take 5 days. I emailed Aida to re- confirm my documents were in order. She confirmed they were, and she had received my payment.
When day 9 arrived, I phoned her office in SA and emailed her again. I did not get a response. From there onwards I emailed every few days for a status update and phoned her twice more. Aida was vague. She said she would email me. She did not. I called again and emailed and got NO RESPONSE.
I then went to check reviews on Trustpilot and added my own experience of this totally unprofessional business.
Suddenly last night a miracle happened, Aida phoned me!!!! She had seen my review on Trustpilot. Amazing how she could suddenly make a call???!!!
Did she apologise for her poor service – No
Did she make any attempt to rectify her poor service – No
She suggested she refund me! Well 23 days later, my deadline with the Home Affairs in Australia had passed, she had not attempted to contact me or provide the service she had promised, and now she wants to refund me because she got a negative review!
Seriously!
No attempt was made to put things right or escalate her “services”. Totally unprofessional, disgraceful attitude and I most certainly do not recommend this company. I now must start all over again and my visa is delayed because Aida was not professional enough to keep me informed and updated and then just threw in the towel!
Surprise! surprise! I did get my refund! I would have rather been provided with the services she promised and got my PC than wasting 24 days with an unprofessional and starting again from scratch!. Sickening!

Aida was very responsive, helpful throughout the whole process, and my police clearance certificate was delivered by courier as promised within the time frame. Very satisfied with the service from Global Apostille South Africa.

I still have not received the fees I paid (for SAPS). The money left my bank account and was transferred to the account forwarded to me by Aida. Check her emails and you'll find a POP from me / my bank indicating the account it went to, which was Frenchside. Exactly as she requested, go read the emails. Please can I be refunded. Thank you
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Highly likely a SCAM. They requested I pay a fee for SAPS, which I did and forwarded the POP. When I requested an approximate timeframe for the document, because it was urgent, they replied and said they can't help me I need to contact them in the new year (this was in December). I immediately contacted another company, DPCC, who sorted me out immediately at half the price. I then requested a refund from Aida and there has been zero reply from them! I've since sent numerous emails, but no reply and no refund. Technically they stole my money!

Absolutely horrific service!
Extremely unhelpful, I sent them a Paypal transaction 6 weeks ago, after contacting and confirming with PayPal they have received the payment and was told by support “ ask them to contact PayPal support directly and we will show them.”
They completely dismissed that instruction and ignored the transaction numbers I provided.

I was told there is nothing they can do as I am the customer and I should reverse it.

Lazy, unhelpful and disgusting customer service. 0/10 would not recommend

After 8 days I still have not received my refund for courier fees of R1300 which I paid to this company Aida promised she would refund me. Not only this but she promised to send documents “first thing Monday morning “. When I called on Friday they were still lying in her desk ! Too late for everything!!

The service was good and the documents came very fast as promised. I ordered a police clearance certificate and it was ready quickly and without delay. The delivery was fast and overall inexpensive compared to other places. I would highly recommend them and Aida’s service was great!
