I had been with BodyStream Medical before it was absorbed by Apollo Cannabis Clinics. Although there also were some issues with BodyStream, Apollo has proved to be much worse. For example, during the 1st appointment, the doctor to whom I was assigned was VERY rude and impersonal. During the 2nd appointment, it sounded like jack hammers were being used next to him, making it virtually impossible to hear, far less understand him, since the extremely loud noise drowned out what he was saying. Eventually I simply yelled, “Everything’s the same.” To add to my disgust, he simply hung up. No apology! And today, I had a phone appointment at 1:50 pm with the Triage Team to assist me with updating my information. Since I was still waiting at 2:25 pm, I called Apollo. When I explained, the person who had answered the phone did apologise. After having been put on hold for quite some time, I was then told someone would call me within half an hour. At 3:35 pm, however, I was still waiting! I called Apollo again. After being on hold for nearly 10 minutes, I was finally able to speak with someone, explaining the situation yet again. Following a brief hold, I was told that the person I was to have spoken with “had technical issues” and “had to sign off for the day”. As a result, no one would call me anymore today. The person who had answered the phone did apologise repeatedly and told me someone would call be by 12 noon on Monday, January 12th – prior to my 2:40 pm appointment with the doctor to whom I had now been assigned. I told her, however, that I also had an appointment I no longer would be able to change at 11 am that day, which is why I very much had hoped to get this done today. She apologised again and told me that she would leave a note for the Triage Team to call as soon as possible on Monday morning. – If not, the 2:40 pm appointment would also be cancelled per Apollo’s policy because the doctor needs updated information prior to the appointment. And this would be the 2nd cancellation because earlier in the month I had been informed that my January 8th doctor’s appointment was cancelled and would have to be rebooked... To my great surprise someone did still call at 3:58 pm, simply asking me whether I had time to update my information. When I stated that I had been waiting since before 1:50 pm to do so, she rather reluctantly did apologise. – I also noticed that the organization only responds to certain 5-star reviews. – In short, my experience with Apollo so far has, at best, been very frustrating. The organization could improve in all the problem areas mentioned.

The staff at the general line have so much attitude, I asked for some fundamental info and was treated with hostility. I don't get why they recruit the angry types of people involved with their operation. Just horrible.

Been with them for several years. Never had an issue. Everyone has always been very helpful. I don’t love that they recommend tweed products first however. Other than that, very helpful and easy. Would recommend to anyone that needs some help.

Consultation with a physician that has expertise in Cannabis has been very helpful. My health concern was poor sleep quality (related to menopause). In working with an Apollo physician for the past few years, my sleep has significantly and consistently improved, and annual check-ins make sure that I’m continuing to manage well with the treatment. My family doctor was not familiar enough with cannabis and supportive of the decision to use Apollo. The physicians and other staff are always professional and courteous.

Been waiting for over a month now for a doctor's note been off work been promised it in one or two days so many times and yesterday I promise it would be in by the end of the day still nothing and I can't get a receipt

Not impressed at all. I felt like just being processed.
After he was done with his lecture he begrudgingly renewed my prescription for 5 grams a day.

I have Fibromyalgia and chronic arthritis.

I had an excellent doctor with Body stream but he did not transfer to Apollo when they absorbed BodyStream.

Will be booking with another company.

Also he would only give me three months till my next booking and I got a phone call today that my next appointment in April will need to be rebooked for some reason. I did not book another appointment with them, they did it without my knowledge.

People shouldnt recommend this clinic at all. Do not put your health on a business only interested in selling you medicine - a serious clinic is made of Real Doctors that care about their patients. Proper care and prompt follow up on patients is whaf constitutes a clinic - not a bunch of agents calling to sell pills and forgetting completely about the patient afterwards.

Don't know whether those people who wrote their reviews about the Apollo Cannabis Clinic were real, but I feel they weren't! As a real person, I had a very disappointing experience with them. After waiting a long time for an appointment to speak to someone and filling out on-line my extensive health history (have no idea how safe it will be stored or used), I had someone called me ahead of scheduled time over the phone and not through video call as I was told, to read me from a list the general info about the medical marijuana and cannabis components. No questions about my state of health or what kind of pain I have. Three minutes later, he said that a counselor would call tomorrow to arrange the treatment. NO ONE CALLED ME BACK AGAIN!!!

Even with the first phone call, I felt that it's not the place where you receive a deserved attention. Their receptionist kept on putting me on hold several times for quite some time without any apology. She did not sound concerned or genuine!

I believe that they found an easy hook to charge for such "consultation" the OHIP, which is really an abuse of our medical system!!!

Don't waste your time people! You want professional service and approach, SPEAK TO YOUR DOCTOR!!!! KEEP AWAY FROM THESE UNPROFESSIONAL DECEIVERS!!!!

Appointment went well but I find the options of available product through Spectrum is very limited. Only three options whereas on other sites they have several options.
