Wishing I could get the same customer…
Wishing I could get the same customer service as everyone else! However, I’ve been waiting on a refund for over a month!! No one has gotten back to me, and I’m left hanging, wondering if I’m going to get a refund.
Every time I call A Plus insurance, they have me wait on hold with their insurance carrier, Falcon for hours, only to get hung up on when someone actually answers.
