I made contact with Apex Neuro and a consultation call was organised. Sarah was very informative and wanting to be of help, however as I live in New Zealand she needed to see a video of my walking so that she could be certain that they were able to help me. I was impressed with this as they wanted to ensure that the treatment would be able to make a difference for me.
I decided to make the long flight over and I spent 5 days with Rob, 3 hours each day, working with the Neubie. He was amazing, knowledgeable and worked out what areas of my body needed to be worked on.
After my week in the UK, I returned home and I was not alone as their remote support programme was so amazing, specifically written for my needs and because of this I am continuing to make progress. Each day I have my own programme to work on.
I am very excited about my progress that I am making, and very grateful to Sarah and Rob for their expertise, kindness, guidance and support.

The consultation was professional and tailored to my needs. I found Sarah very understanding of FND and how Apex May remedy my issues. I’m looking forward to my one to one !

These guys at Apex have given me such hope for future. I can say 💯 I would not be still mobilising if it wasn't for Rob and Sarah. I have completed 3 visits and my condition MND has not worsened since started treatment with Apex may 2024. Need to follow advice when at home to maintain. I will continue regular visits to these amazing people who have given hope when all hope was lost.

I had a fantastic consultation call with Apex Neuro regarding a diagnosis of fnd and what they could do to help without being a "sales pitch."
The call was extremely informative and comprehensive and the lady I spoke to explained so many things to me that my diagnostic team did not.
I am hoping to get going with treatment with Apex Neuro as soon as possible, as if their treatment is as thorough as their consultation, then I know I'm in good hands.

I wasn‘t there till now. But the contact with Apex Neuro is great. It gives me hope!

Apex Neuro far exceeded any expectations I may have had. Rob and Sarah are very knowledgeable and professional. With new therapist Laura the 4 day intensive programme was great. Hard work and exhausting but results don't come easy. I look forward to the next session.

Recently visited for a weeks intensive course with Laura for our son Jack who has been diagnosed with spina cerebellar ataxia.

Laura worked hard with Jack over the 15 hours we had and by the end of the week Jack felt more stable and confident in his walking. We have signed up for the remote access and can't wait to see him improve even more with their help.

Just outstanding Online Remote Support Programme by Apex Neuro. Thank you so much Sarah and Rob for developing this Online Support Programme. I love it. It perfectly wraps around the work I do with you each month in our intensive monthly face to face sessions. Keeps me on track, clear on how to rotate my e-stim to maximise my work outs at home or in the gym and keeps me accountable. I feel fully supported and guided by you 7 days a week... right down to measuring food intake and energy. It really helps Support my partner too. Living alongside MND ALS is a challenge at times and we couldn't do this without your care, skill, expertise, compassion and dedication. Thank you so much. I was directed to Apex Neuro by a fellow FND sufferer who said they had found this amazing company doing neuro-rehab. I’ve been to Bollington and had two rounds of intensive treatment so far. I found Rob and Sarah to be both highly knowledgeable and incredibly supportive, making the whole experience really positive. Their skills and the technology they use has made a real difference in helping my brain reconnect with my muscles, and Rob’s expertise in biomechanics is impressive. If you need neuro rehab, this is the place to be.

My husband saw Laura at Apex for help with his speech he has MND & he has seen Rob many times in the past for help with his mobility & to be able to walk our lovely daughter down the Isle on her wedding day which he proudly achieved thanks to Rob. Sadly his speech has declined since December & we look forward to work with Laura for help with his speech. 5 Stars is not enough for the Apex team and giving a review will not cover the gratitude and respect I have for Rob, Sarah and Laura. The knowledge the whole team have is outstanding and they have given hope and happiness to myself but also many, many more. The environment is welcoming and you are made to feel at home and one of the family, which is a huge help. On top of it all you then have the joy of Neuma who is the epitome of joy and happiness and makes my long trip each time that little bit easier. A fantastic all round service and treatment which I would highly recommend.

Rob is like a detective. Methodically working through the issues and working out what obstacles need to be overcome in order to improve things. I am very hopeful…

For so many years before before meeting them I have been told by my neurologist and different practitioners that with MS I would not be able to regain what had been lost and and that I would only have to face the consequences of a slow degrading state of health.

Everything Rob & Sarah put in place target the sole objective of making our health, hence our life, better than before using cutting hedge technology rather than drugs with notorious devastating side effects. Their genuine comittment and lack of financial interest is simply unbelievable.

Thanks to their tremendous help, professionalism, knowledge and dedication, Sarah & Rob have managed to put me on a path to recovery and given me hope. Hope is not a mere word but the light that shines on the promise of a brighter future.

In March 2021, I was diagnosed with Multiple Scelerosis (PPMS). I had felt the symptoms of growing weakness in my legs since2017. My Neurologist explained that they did not know what caused MS and that there was no cure. PPMS is downwardly progressive but the rate of decline is unknown. ‘Have a plan B’ was the advice and ‘Be ready for the walking stick and wheelchair’. In March 2023 I was given Ocreveus which may ‘slow’ the decline. As the disease progressed I was losing my ability to walk. Dr Terry Wahls has MS and has recovered. Her success came from chemo, a Paleo diet and electrical stimulation of the nerves with a ‘Neubie’. My research led me to Apex Neuro ( and the only ‘Neubie’ in the UK ). After a no cost telephone consultation I booked two sessions in late April 2024. And those two sessions resulted with increased strength in my legs and improved walking - the opposite to the outlook given by my Neurologist ! After five days further treatment my walking pattern is nearly back to normal. Apex Neuro have found a way to reverse damage that I had been told for years was irreversible. I will continue treatment with Apex. Thet have achieved results outside the current boundaries of NHS treatments for MS. I can’t thank them enough, they are doing the impossible.

Really helpful experience so far it seems to be working

Just had a week of intense physio with Apex Neuro and Rob’s knowledge on how the human body works is amazing, he helped me to understand why I have difficulty in mobility, addressing how to improve and how to take pain away that I’ve been experiencing for a long time due to my reduced mobility, there was an immediate improvement and with a plan in place I feel excited for the future, also it was fun and Rob made me feel totally relaxed.
