Rob is incredible. Buying our forever home was a bit scary but Rob was there through every step. Able to get an AIP on short notice, talked us through term options, looked at the survey with us to give more context, changed us to a lower rate where one became available (saving £100pm) and overall a delight to deal with.

I was a first time buyer with very little knowledge about how the buying process works and desperate to get in somewhere as quick as possible. I work in sales and after speaking to other mortgage advisors it felt like one pitch after another, all looking to get as much out of me as possible. I was then introduced to Rob by a good friend who has used him and only him for all of his property purchases over a decade.

After a brief chat with Rob who worked around my schedule I fully understood everything and felt the stress of buying a house fall off me. he made it easy to understand with no pitch involved, straight to the point and helped secure my mortgage very quickly keeping me updated throughout.

Once the purchase was nearly there Rob then helped set up the right insurances I needed, again this was made very understandable throughout and done very quickly.

I wouldn't recommend anyone else for mortgages or insurances. In an industry known for sales pitches, technical jargon and high commissions, Rob goes against the grain and delivers on every word.

Seniya is a wonderful and very hard working young man. I spoke to him as I thought my current broker could be possibly missing something, turns out he did not miss anything! Seniya showed hard work and a diligent attitude and worked very hard to try to find the right deal I highly recommend him. It turns out my current broker is doing everything correctly. Seniya is highly recommended and had my previous broker not spent so much time on this I would definitely go with Seniya. Ethically I cannot jump ship - my morals wont allow it... I was upfront with Seniya... In any future applications and also to friends and family I will certainly reccommend him. He is also a very academic young man we talked about his schooling and he is brilliant at maths. Very professional. Impressed with his hard work...

From start to finish, Steve was incredibly thorough and efficient in communicating with us. He made the whole process of renewing our mortgage smooth and stress-free. Diane made everything super easy. She explained everything to us and went over the different options available to us. She handled it all and before we knew it our mortgage was accepted! Her communication is brilliant and she responds really quickly if you have any worries at all.

Rob was excellent. Genuinely incredible from start to finish. Happy to answer all of my queries and always made time to respond to any questions we had.
