I ordered 3 of the magnetic bands for my ultra 2. I unknowingly ordered 3 of the same bands so when they arrived I reached out to apex. They were more than happy to assist me and promptly sent out the ones I meant to order with zero issues. This company is great!
I bought two items
Leather strap which I love
And the orange bezel
Both looked amazing when I bought them and first installed but it appears that the Apple Watch cannot be used in the water to swim with the bezel on
I removed the strap (as it’s leather) and put my original one back on when swimming but sadly the bezel simply won’t go back on
So
My advice is
If you want a great looking item but don’t want to use your Apple Watch for Apple Watch things then get them
If you want to continue using your Apple Watch for sports etc then don’t get the bezel.
Strap 5*
Bezel 5* for looks (1* for practicality)
Shame
What can I say? I ordered a metallic band and a face plate to compliment it which I both loved. The face plate came off and was badly scratched revealing a silver color. I reached out to customer service and they were able to replace it had no extra cost. This is what great companies are made off. Quality products and a fair price with excellent customer service. Bravo!!

During the shipping of my watch band, I looked like it was lost in the mail at the LA facility. I contacted Alex, they looked into it and agreed it was lost in the mail and sent a replacement. The customer service was fantastic, and the watch band is excellent what I was looking for.
