Quality woodwork would highly recommend

I'm so pleased with my airing cupboard shelf!! I had to make a few adjustments as I hadn't compensated for the width and depth of pipework in the cupboard, so it took a little longer to fit, but I'm really pleased with extra shelf space!! (it only took me 25 years to realise how easy it was to purchase and fit a made to order shelf!!)

The customer service was exceptional, so a big thank you to Ashleigh, the shelves we had made are excellent quality and had very handy instructions for fitting, we couldn’t be happier and will certainly use Apex again in the future. I can highly recommend their services.

Exactly as ordered

The quality of the product produced was fantastic. The measurements were exactly has requested, the wood used is very high quality and the packaging it came in is the best I have ever seen. There was no way these products were going to get damaged. There were two minor issues I faced. One was that the screws and wall plugs did not arrive with my package. When I raised this issue, my email was responded to on the same day and the items were sent next day delivery. The other issue is that I wasn't given a time scale for the initial production and the website / order tracking doesn't provide this information. Despite these minor issues, I would certainly buy from this shop again as I'm overall very happy with the items I received.

Good product however totally let down by delivery service not being able to find our property apparently ?
Ashliegh sent directions to courier company who delivered on a day which I had told them no one would be in fortunately a neighbour took delivery

Everything was straight forward on the website,I choose the sizes of wood I need from the drop down menu,once I was happy checked out,which very simple,got an email from them confirming my item,now had to wait for a few days for delivery. Sadly this is where it fell down a bit ,although I had updates via tracking DX the courier who deliver the item,their website was telling me it had been delivered.But I hadn't received it,the email I was sent by the courier was telling me so,it would have been very helpful if they had mentioned it was delivered to a neighbour,I didn't even get a slip through my door to tell me a neighbour had received it. I spent the next few days wondering where it was. So I emailed Apex to tell them,they replied promptly with they r sorry and we're looking into it,of course the next day my neighbour delivers said items to me,so I rang Apex to apologise for the misunderstanding,but I think DX couriers should be made aware that they need to communicate to the drivers they must keep the customer up to date on where they drop off the items that were purchased . This is the reason I have marked up 4 stars otherwise it would have been 5 stars people's
