Apartamentos Innova Anmeldelser

We've realised we've been scammed, due to travel tomorrow and have had no communication from them. We also had to pay via bank transfer. We've just paid out nearly £1k to book elsewhere, losing nearly £400 to Innova on our original booking. Stay away from this company, we were taken to them via trivago, so you presume they are legitimate.

Got scammed thru this site-not real listings. They wanted a bank transfer. At least we didn't lose money but had to find a place on the fly.

Oszuści i złodzieje. Brak jakiegokolwiek kontaktu.
OSZUŚCI !!!

Innova Apartments is hosting a fraudulent listing of our property, using our own photographs, without any authorisation. We are the licensed management company for this property and have never advertised on or had any relationship with this platform.

Four separate guests have already contacted us directly about reservations made through Innova that appear to be fraudulent. We have repeatedly asked Innova to remove the listing and they have completely ignored us.

This platform is not vetting its listings and is allowing real travellers to be deceived and to lose money. Avoid booking here. If you have made a reservation through Innova Apartments, verify it directly with the actual property before paying anything.

Fake and scammers

Cancel your booking as soon as you arrive at where the accommodation is meant to be and then state that you will be refunded.
Refund never arrives

ESTAFADORES!!!!

Scammers the apartment do not exists they just take your money

SCAM! I found them on Google hotels comparison and redirected to apartamentos-innova.es. The payment option using cards didn't work and I was made to pay by bank transfer. When I arrived outside the apartment, nobody came to give us the key. I called their number and nobody answered. Then the realisation came that I had been scammed.

Don't book!

Same like the reviews before. We booked a apartment in Malaga. They Canceled while we were sitting in the plane to Malaga. Before they were very fast in conversation, after the cancellation no reply anymore.
We will contact the Spanish Police! Be aware and don't transfer money!

They operate with a very convincing website and professional communication via email and WhatsApp. They list fake apartments.

Once you make the bank transfer— to an account under the name DE LA RUBIA BRAZOVA S.L.at CaixaBank —They stop answering calls, and provide fake check-in instructions.

I have already reported this to the police and the bank. Please be extremely careful. If you have been scammed by them, report it to the authorities immediately to track their IBAN.

Innova Apartamentos isn't real.
In early December last year, I booked an apartment in Seville on apartamentosinnova.es. That went without any problems. In early March, I discovered that this site, apartamentosinnova.es, was no longer accessible. The reservation is gone.

The company now uses the site apartamentos-innova.es. The name of the old site with a hyphen in it. The new site looks exactly like the old one. Do not book a stay or boat on this site, as you run the risk of paying for nothing.

Falsi infam*

SCAM ! the rooms doesn't exist, they try to get money transfer when you book in order to secure the reservation
