Am comandat 2 seturi de cate 2 scaune albe! Au venit culori diferite! Le-am trimis email si inca nu au raspuns! Slab site!

Ordered something , i was told it will get to me on 15 may ! on 15 may they told me i will get it on 18 may . on 18 may they told the producs was not sent and i will get it on 27 may !
Avoid them , suport team doesn`t help at all . they just take your money and then , if you want a refund you need to wait 14 days , or you have to wait 1 month to get the pacckage !

CEA mai neserioasa firma .comand o bicicletta de camera sint contactata pentru confirmarea acesteia.astept sa imi fie adusa dar cind sun la ei deoarece produsul nu a ajuns imi spun ca au anulare comanda pentru ca nu au produsul in Romania si asta farà sa ma anunte.Dar surprize cea mai mare a fost ca produsul era disponibil pe site lor dar la preț dubla de cit acela là care lam comandat eu .deci gresind pretul pe card lau pus mia anulare comanda zicind ca produsul nu este disponibil in Romania.

Am cumpărat o magazie pe care am plătit 1000 lei,redusa de la 1600. Groaznic, nu recomand!!!! Instrucțiunile nu sunt clare, foarte greu de montat, material de tabla de slaba calitate, ne-am tăiat pe mâini de nenumărate ori. Slabă calitate, extrem de slaba!! Nu merită 1000 de lei,absolut deloc!

I placed an order for a patio set on March 25, 2026, from Aosom Romania, which was fully paid by card. As of April 9, 2026, the order has still not been delivered.

Although the order status shows as “shipped,” the tracking information clearly indicates that the parcel has not been handed over to the courier (“awaiting pickup from sender” since March 25). In reality, the item was never dispatched.

I contacted customer service multiple times by phone, but only received vague responses with no concrete delivery timeframe. I also received an email stating they would “follow up as soon as possible,” without any actual resolution.

After more than two weeks with no delivery and no clear information, I had to request a full refund and initiate a chargeback through my bank.

Very disappointing experience — lack of transparency, lack of accountability, and poor communication. I do not recommend.

1700 lei pentru o comoda tv de o calitate absolut execrabila. Produsul are codul F-GLS-WF326009010SAA: Mobilier TV Retro cu Mânere Aurii, Spațiu Generos de Depozitare, Ușă din Sticlă și Picioare din Lemn Masiv, 175x38x55,5 cm, Negru.
1. Pal de o calitate groaznica. Ciobit pe alocuri.
2. Sticla de la o usa s-a dezlipit inainte de montaj. Era lipita superficial cu un adeziv.
3. Sina de la un sertar indoita
4. Unul din sertare nu se inchide etans.
Nu recomandam. Absolut deloc.

Aosom Romania o mare dezamagire. Am comandat pe societate, nu poti sa comanzi la o adresa de corporate. Trebuie sa comanzi cantitati mari pe site si sa iti pierzi ore. Formularul de comanda foarte greu de parcurs si cu toate ca iti cer multe informatii, te trezesti ca de fapt unde pusesem un numar de telefon la livrare depozit nu apare, in schimb apare un numar din datele de facturare. Un soft foarte prost iar interactiunea cu adresa clienti este un calvar. Nu te ajuta cu nimic, aia nu, aia nu, te fac sa pleci si sa cumperi din alta parte. Plata se face cand comanzi, factura o primesti abia la livrare. Nu recomand si nu vreau sa mai am de-a face cu ei! O experienta trista!

I have ordered and paid for a set of chairs on 1st of February 2026. AOSOM Ro confirmed the sum received and promised delivery in 4-9 days. However, the next day I have received a message asking to cancel the order and pay for the same goods at antoher fee ( Considerably increased from 529Ron to 806Ron) this is illegal and commercially incorect.

I bought a Kitchen Cart with Cabinet from them. It arrived quite easily, it seems that they have locally a warehouse. The quality of this cabinet is beyond its price which was 85 EUR on Temu, good design, quality materials, good cart wheels. For the moment, I recommend them.

Nu cumparati de pe acest site.Sunt mincinosi. Platesti comanda , scrie ca ajunge pana pe 31 dec si suntem in data de 16 ianuarie si nici astazi nu a ajuns. Le trimiti zeci de mailuri si iti zic ca e in curs de livrare. Ca defapt a ajuns la curier in depozit in romania pe 31 decembrie doar ca au multe comenzi de livrat si ca mai dureaza. SCAM

I placed an online order with Aosom on December 6th, which was paid in full in advance. Unfortunately, I received only half of the order, while the remaining items were never delivered.
After repeatedly contacting their customer support, I received unclear and evasive responses, with no concrete solution or delivery timeline. To clarify the situation myself, I contacted DPD, who confirmed that the missing pallet was never picked up from the sender, meaning the issue is on Aosom’s side.
Despite this clear confirmation, Aosom has failed to resolve the case in a reasonable time, offered no real assistance, and showed no goodwill to either complete the delivery or refund the missing items.
This experience shows a lack of responsibility and poor customer service. I would not recommend ordering from this company unless they significantly improve their logistics handling and customer support.

Am achizitionat un pat de la aceasta companie si dupa mai bine de 2 saptamani inca nu am primit produsul.
Nu am reusit sa contactez compania la telefon sau pe email.
Nu stiu daca va fi livrat si cand.

Produse excelente !!
Căsuța de grădina este foarte încăpătoare iar ustensilele mele sunt intr-un loc sigur .

Am achizionat de la Aosom o planta artificiala tip palmier, livrarea a fost rapida iar calitatea este foarte buna fata de ceea ce cautasem la alte magazine. Produsul arata ca in poze si conform descrierii. Cu siguranta voi mai achizitiona de la ei.

De ce nu sunteti corecti ?!
Afisati preturi in LEI, dar incasati in EUR (fara sa fie avertizat clientul), prin urmare clientul plateste mai mult pentru produs !
