⭐☆☆☆☆ **DON'T USE THIS COMPANY – Hidden Charges, Threats and Zero Transparency**
This has been one of the worst service experiences I have ever had.
I booked my Jawa Perak for transportation from Coimbatore to Bangalore after negotiating the transportation charge to ₹8,000. I paid a ₹2,000 advance, my booking was confirmed, and my bike was picked up.
After my bike was in their custody, I was suddenly presented with a revised bill of more than ₹11,000 by adding transit insurance and GST. During the booking discussion, nobody clearly explained what my final payable amount would be. Once I questioned the additional insurance charge, the conversation immediately changed from customer service to intimidation.
I was told to pay immediately, threatened that my bike would be put "on hold," ₹100 per day hold charges would be added, and that if I didn't pay within an hour, my bike would be diverted to their Gurgaon head office and I would have to collect it from there after paying additional charges.
The most surprising part? After I firmly challenged the insurance charge, they suddenly agreed to remove it. If the transit insurance was genuinely mandatory, why was it negotiable only after I refused to accept it?
The reality on the ground was completely different from what was promised:
* No shipment tracking number.
* No real shipment tracking mechanism.
* No GST invoice provided despite charging GST.
* No transit insurance policy or certificate provided despite initially demanding payment for transit insurance.
* Poor communication and repeated pressure calls instead of professional customer support.
What disappointed me even more was the contradiction between their marketing and my actual experience. Their website talks about transparent pricing, fixed quotations and no surprise charges after booking. My experience was exactly the opposite. The biggest billing dispute arose only **after** my bike had already been handed over to them.
During this experience, I also got the clear impression that this was not an isolated incident. That made the entire experience even more concerning.
**My advice to every future customer:**
* Never rely on verbal quotations.
* Get the **final payable amount** in writing before paying any advance.
* Demand a GST invoice if GST is collected.
* Demand the actual transit insurance policy if you are being charged for transit insurance.
* Preserve every WhatsApp message, quotation, invoice and payment receipt.
A professional logistics company earns trust through transparency and customer service—not by putting customers under pressure after taking custody of their vehicle.
**Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone looking to transport their vehicle to choose a different company.**

Aone Packer helped us in moving our car
Aone Packer helped us in moving our car from Pune to Bangalore. Due to some initial confusion for the payment the car was not loaded in the container. After few days of delay, upon confirmation with us, the owner took the responsibility of delivering the car by road. The car was safely delivered to us at our home with all the luggage inside the car in same condition as it were while loading.

They will charge extra after picking up the material. They told that that extra amount is for insurance. Unfortunately they damaged my bike very badly during the transportation and that insurance could not be claimed.
They do not take any ownership and responsibility.

No transparency of cost
The delivery was good but he didn't tell me the prices upfront. He should have told me the full cost in beginning including insurance. Insurance part was hidden from me and later informed. But transporting was good. He delivered my stuff timely and in good condition.

Receiving broken items and got abused
Hands down, the most horrendous packing and moving service I've ever dealt with.
The owner was rude and unprofessional, constantly hounding me for booking confirmation. They sent only one person to move my belongings, including a scooter, and I had to do most of the work. Despite paying 50% upfront, they refused to dispatch my items. When they finally arrived, my TV was shattered due to awful packing, and the chest of drawers had broken wood, a smashed PVC back, and shelves falling apart. My study chair was missing wheels, and key items like my keyboard stand and whiteboard were missing entirely. When I contacted the owner, he was disrespectful and offered no real help—just told me to file an insurance claim. To top it off, if I missed or ended his calls, he'd call back yelling. This was not just a financial loss, it was pure mental torture.
