I recently suffered a stroke and have limited function in my left hand, so unable to use traditional knife sharpeners. Saw this on Instagram and purchased it. It’s very easy to use and sharpen my knives amazingly well. Fantastic product.

Fixture to worktops
Great for sharpening my knives. But as to securing to kitchen worktop not so good. Unless the surface is totally flat it will not stick securely.
