Quality of material.
I have used this suitcase once. The outside has not held up .
There are scratches and nicks and one has torn through the suitcase on the outside. This happened the first time I used it . I hope it lasts for a few more trips. Warranty doesn’t seem to cover anything like this.
I do love the color and customer service was good.

I have been trying to return the suitcase which is too large for me to handle. I have filled out several forms and was told to look for the address to send it back. Nothing has been sent to allow the return!!!! So frustrating!!!!!!!!

A nice piece of luggage! I love the color. Still the zipper handles are stylized but difficult to use. Thr bag is a bit heavy, which reduces what I can pack. Wheels work fine. I am not sure I would buy another Antler piece. Probably going for duffle bag style next.

Our order came very quickly and was the correct color we ordered. Since it is a surprise gift, I can not say anything else as I have not used it.

Couldn’t return it as stated when I ordered it. USPS would not take it, even with printed return label.
Very dissatisfied . Stuck with a suitcase I don’t want & loss of over 200$.

Great looking toiletries bag, compact, and with the right amount of organization. There is one main compartment, several interior mesh pockets along the inside walls, and one zippered pocket on the exterior. It will not take up too
much space in a carry-on. Bags with multiple sections, lots of compartments separated by lots of zippers always seem overly complicated, difficult to keep track of one’s stuff, and clumsy to use.

I received it right on time and it's just the right size. I was worried that it would be too heavy when packed but I'm well able to lift with no problem. It's a medium size bag and it's just right.

The Antler bag tag seems indestructible! The unique color made it much easier to identify my black bag on the luggage carrier. I expect to have it for many, many more years!

The suitcase is exactly as promised
The suitcase is exactly as promised - high quality and very light! I think it is the lightest on the market and I do a lot of traveling overseas so it is perfect. They were quick with their delivery and communicative throughout!
