I don't recommend dealing with this store
I rarely write reviews about online purchases from luxury boutiques, but I couldn't resist this time.
I ordered a Rick Owens vest for my friend to have delivered to London. I wanted her to bring it to me in Moscow (since DHL and UPS don't currently work with Russia, I have to use complicated shipping routes).
The vest cost 632 euros with a discount plus taxes, shipping, and fees to England, which came to 1095 euros.
But the employee sent me two sizes too small 50, instead of my size 54. Naturally, I contacted customer support, and after a week of back-and-forth and frustration, they couldn't agree on any compensation or even a full refund of the amount I spent on taxes and shipping. (They offered me a refund of 73 pounds out of the 303 I spent on shipping, taxes, and fees.)
Naturally, I can't ship back this vest from Russia to the States right now.
In my opinion, the person who sent me the wrong size should pay for it out of their salary, as it's completely unprofessional, especially considering this is a luxury store. And I certainly shouldn't feel bad about paying 1,095 euros for an item that didn't fit due to the employee's carelessness.
I don't recommend dealing with this store, as they are run by unprofessional people who can afford to send orders of the wrong size.
They suggested sending it to the US via Russian Post, which would take another month to return it. I personally know that 70% of packages are simply confiscated at the border because they're from Russia.
I wasted 1,095 euros, thanks to the store employee who sent me a vest two sizes too small.
