Three days into my trial and I am over the moon with the way my calls are being answered. It was a problem area for us and looks like we are now in safe hands.

Used for 3 month trial and renewed. Great service and great value for money.

Allows us to work onsite and in the office without interruptions when needed and allows us to respond to genuine calls at our convenience.

Very happy with the service. A vast improvement on our old supplier and cheaper too!
Have done personal testing on the calls myself and each time the call has been taken perfectly.
The admin panel for management is a great help also, everything is clear and easy to find.

An excellent trouble-free service. From setup to their fabulous app and desktop portal I've loved it.

We took advantage of the trial that was offered and this provided excellent value for money whilst giving us an opportunity to test the service. Our business is seasonal and we ran this in our 3 busiest months and we literally could not have done without it. Awesome, just awesome. I've tried to catch them out with dummy calls and EVERY time the call has been handled professionally and an accurate text message and details shown on the app. Very flexible, if you want to change anything (eg change of contact number for them to call) , you either do it on the app of just click on support.

I have just finished a 3 month trial of the service and whilst I was sceptical at first it has turned out to be just what I needed.
Spending more time away from the office now I was concerned over missing what could turn out to profitable calls - this service catches all those and I can then call them back in my own time
I was unsure about the cost to start with but as the trial went on it became clear it is worth every penny (we are now on the £99/month 120minute deal) where else am I going to get a receptionist for just over £3 a day!

It is early days for us, but so far the service, product and support has been excellent, with great communication from everyone we have spoken to.

This has been a great service since we started it for our business. Running a very busy gym doesnt leave much time to answer the phone and this is where Answerconnect have been a massive help! From the first initial call regarding my enquiry all the way through to setting up the service has been fantastic. Really helpful, great service and fantastic intro offer.

We used these guys for emergency call outs and they were first class.

They were able to text and email engineers every call instantly and at no extra cost. I done many test calls and never did it take more than a ring or 2 to get connected to someone.

Excellent customer service and effectively a seamless extension to our business.
