Yall are liars we ordered twice and never got the product

My garment arrived in a protective ziplock bag inside the shipping package. I was extremely pleased with the jacket, not only in the quality of the work and fabric but also the the color

very quick a delivery, items were perfect!

Ordered 4 jumpsuits 8th August with an expected delivery within 14 days. By week 3, i contacted their customer service to ask where my order was (no one had bothered to let me know prior). I was told there was a delay of 1 week and would I be happy to wait. Yes, ok fine. Another week rolls by, still no order, apparently delayed again but this time for another 2 weeks. Asked them to deliver the 3 items that were ready and send the 4th when it was ready plus compensation for the 5 week wait time. Was told impossible to send 3 and later send the one, no explanation as to why and offered a $8 refund on an order over 200 (laughable amount for a refund). I then get an email a day later (obviously from a different person) telling me the same thing that 1 item is delayed and I offered me a $5 refund this time, so even worse than the 1st offer. Customer service is an absolute joke, wouldnt bother with this company ever again. Still not received the items either.

Update: we are now on week 6, still no order, will take yet another week for 1 of 4 items to be ready, no offer of compensation, had to ask and again, lower that the original 1st agreed. Asked to cancel the 1 item not ready and asked when I will receive the 3 items to which they respond 'one of your items isn't ready, would you like to cancel the 1 item and just receive 3. Going round in circles, this 'business' should not exist. Going to cancel the whole order.

Update 2: week 8, still no delivery, requested the 1 item that still wasnt ready to be cancelled and refunded and ship the others straight away, was told shipping wasnt guaranteed and could be up to 4 weeks before delivery (that would make this a 12 week waited 😮). I then receive another email saying the entire order had been cancelled and refund started which is not at all what I requested they do. Reported the 'company' to trading standards. Do not waste your time or money on these people.

The dress looks nothing like the photo in the add. The add claims the dress is made in South Carolina but it came from Dubia. The quality of the dress is horrible. Polyester fabric when in the photo the dress apears to be flowing cotton. Stitching on the dress is horrible. This dress is worth $15 at the most. I paid over $75 for the dress and Anooya refused to allow me to return it.

Although my dress took a long time to arrive, it was exactly as shown. Sadly despite ordering my size, it was too small for me

I was extremely pleased with their customer services. I asked to exchange the dress for a larger size, was told to keep the original dress, pay $16 postage (I live in France) and the larger size will be sent to me.

This is not the first time this has happened to me. Really important to check the measurements not just the sizes!

I guess I’m in for another long wait but it’ll be worth it to get this dress

I ordered two items, totalling $97.83, so qualified for free shipping and return/exchange. Both its Facebook page and website shows this is a USA company. I rec'd my items after about two weeks, both of which I liked. However, neither item fit. I wrote and asked for a return label, as suggested on their website. After many email exchanges I have had zero luck in getting a return label. So far, they have offered me $20 as compensation to just keep the articles. Today's email from them offered me $43 to keep the articles, telling me if I return them, the postage will be bourne (obvious not a US company) by me. My charge was done through PayPal so I went to my page and it shows the charge as Dress Fashion, a Cringe company. I wrote today requesting a return label/refund by tomorrow, 6/7/25, or I will report both to the credit card company and BBB. I have no complaints about the quality of the clothes. It, Anooya, is completely misrepresenting itself - this, imo, is fraudulent.

White blouse doesn’t fit me so sizing is a guessing game.

Terrible company to deal with. Takes up to 25 to 30 days to get your merchandise. Which I feel is very poor quality. My out fits totaling 160.00 dollars were to short for me. I immediately contacted them which they ghosted me for 2 weeks. I am now going onto social media to arm you do not buy anything from them. Unless you have money to throw away. Because they totally are not giving you back your money or information to return for a credit on your card.
I am now working with the BBB BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU TO SHUT THEM DOWN

great experiencies very nice

It looks like the photo and fits for the most part. Very soft quality fabric. The pants are a bit short for me as a 5'9 inch woman, and the blouse is wrinkled- it's been hanging in the bathroom for a week now and the wrinkles have not fallen out- which matters since I bought it for travel.

Marchandise intéressante et temps de la livraison raisonnable.
