Amazing customer service as always. They are thorough with their checks but understanding if you have issues. I had a CCJ on record but if you provide them with everything they ask they will work around to make the loan work if it’s feasible.

Ryan worked with me through my application and was very personable, we had a positive, continuous dialogue throughout the day and he got me the loan that I asked for.

Would 100% recommend to anyone, particularly if you are unsure about your accessibility for getting a loan, provided you are prepared to provide the necessary paperwork on request.

Excellent customer service , I didn’t expect to be excepted as I had tried other companies with no luck , but these guys were great ! I can’t fault anything about this company ! Cheap repayments and very helpful staff , if your looking for a loan I’d definitely recommend these guys !

I had spent many hours of phone calls, filling out details etc and getting no where with other companies so tried AF as a last shot and wasn’t expecting to be accepted. AF treated me like an actual human and not credit through the whole process and looked at my circumstances and not just what my credit history says I can afford which is so refreshing. Whole process was super fast, probably would have been in my account on the day had I applied a couple of hours earlier. Tracy was amazing and friendly which took a bit of stress off the whole process, thank you!

I spoke to Tracy Cooper. This is my 2nd time dealing with both Tracy and Ann Finance now. Tracy is a real pleasure to work with. She is polite, attentive, patient and understanding and very efficient. The whole process from application to securing the loan took around 3 hours and she was in constant communication with me whenever I needed.
