I'm very upset. I bought several lovely dresses and came to trust this company. I ordered back in early May and still haven't even been told the items are shipped. They apologized via email about Eid delays, but they haven't replied again. I want a refund, but the website is down.

I placed an order on your website on May 31st, and I still have not received it. I have also tried contacting customer service multiple times, but I haven’t received any response.
It’s really frustrating

Now their website displays “ Unavailable “.
If I can give negative stars I’ll do it. Worst company ever. I had a bad experience before but thought it was due to pandemic delays. no issues now a days.
I ordered on May,26th 2025. They created a shipping label on May28th to charge your card. As of now it’s June 29th & no order shipped. The customer service just keeps on Sending the same bogus email response.
WHERE IS MY ORDER??? Just refund me my money!

Update: 7/13/2025.
I contacted my credit card company and complained. They said they will take care of it and I got refunded. If you ordered something I say file a complaint with your CC company before it’s too late for a refund.

I used to be a customer who LOVED their dresses before!

I have this important event that I need to travel for.. I ordered on June 8, received a confirmation on June 9... then when nothing on the tracking site changes, I tried contracting them, they take ages to reply to an email, then apologize, then disappear again!

Now I traveled, requested a refund, no confirmation from their side!

Please cancel my order and refund my money!!!!!!!!

I ordered 3 dresses in January 2025, am still waiting. Last email response I had was in March……. This company should be sued and closed down immediately. Scammers first class ……… i reported them to the police in Sweden.

Absolute scam! I ordered 7 dresses on May 22, 2025. A shipping label was created on May 25, 2025. I finally reached out on June 5 to check on when it would be shipped. After my third email I got a message saying that due to the Eid holiday there were too many orders and mine would be prioritized. After two more weeks and two more emails I sent an email requesting to cancel and still have not received a response. I had to dispute the charge on my credit card. This is a complete scam! I only read reviews AFTER I had place my order. Do NOT purchase from this site.

I placed an order on 02/09 and have not received any updates since. I’ve tried contacting them via email and WhatsApp, but no one has responded. Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them based on this experience.

Extremely disappointed with this store's customer service. It took them over a month to process my refund, and even then, their responses were delayed and unhelpful. I've emailed them multiple times with little to no response. The lack of communication and slow refund process is unacceptable. I'll never be shopping here again. Ordered 4/13/2025 and nothing since. When I reached out, I got a generic, AI-sounding response. Looks like I’m out almost $200. Awful company. Do not shop with them!

This is now officially a SPAM business! Avoid at all costs! They don’t respond to emails or phone calls, lost 110 dollars on my order that’s never coming back!

I am Egyptian, and trying to find their factory in Egypt. Does anyone know? Their shipment shows it’s coming from Egypt! The famous Turkish designer claiming to have a boutique in NY and spamming people on deliveries from Egypt! Shame on them! Deliveries never arrive, I even offered they deliver my shipment to a local address in Egypt and still no response! It’s a big shame they represent modest wear and Islam! They got Nothing to do with Islam.

I placed an order on May 8th, on May 11th i got an email with a tracking number saying that my order is on its way.
12 days later i wrote a mail because the status of my order was still "announced" but has yet to be shipped.
Then i got my first and only reply to my following mails
"Your order has been received, and we are currently working on getting it shipped out. Due to the high demand before Eid and some unexpected operational delays, the dispatch is taking a bit longer than usual.

Please rest assured that we are doing our absolute best to process your order as quickly as possible. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your package is on its way."

After that i waited a couple of days more and send them in total 3 more mails. They are reacting to no one and i haven't received anything....

So please don't place any order. They are not the trustworthy company they used to be

Still haven't received my order. Only an email with empty promises...

So they claim that my case has escalated as a priority on June 20th and yet It haven't received anything...

I made an order on January 28, and received confirmation that it had been assigned a shipping label on February 3. I wanted to wear the outfit for my sister's wedding in March, so when I hadn't received it, I checked the DHL tracking on March 5 and they said the shipment hadn't been handed over to DHL. After I emailed them Annah Hariri responded to my inquiry the next day explaining that they were swamped with orders as Ramadan was approaching. That was the last I heard from them as they did not reply to my emails that I sent on April 16 and May 14. In my last email I requested a refund if they were unable to ship my order. I've ordered from them in the past with no issues and trusted them to deliver another great product for a special event. I'm disappointed that I didn't receive my order. I'm disappointed that they have been unresponsive. And I'm disappointed at the money down the drain at a time when money is so tight. For some reason, I expected more from them. They have proved unworthy of anyone's trust.

I made an order in March. My order number is 178433. I emailed them to ask how long would it take for me to receive my dresses and they said it was processing it went into April and I emailed and said forget it do not send my order please cancel because it is currently too late I don’t need the dresses anymore. Please refund my money. We are now in June and I still do not have a refund of $200.07 I have over 50 emails back-and-forth trying to get it resolved. I never received the items it was never delivered, it was cancelled and now I’m still waiting on my refund. It’s unfortunate that we try to support merchants - we’re trying to support the beautiful items that they show yet you can’t even receive the items and you don’t get much communication , I tried the WhatsApp number it doesn’t work - I’ve been emailing back-and-forth with a person named, Cansel Incedal-and all I’m getting is let me see what our account Office can do - I’m still waiting like I said it’s unfortunate that you’re trying to support a merchant and they’re not even trying to give you the upmost Customer Service I’m saddened by this. All I need is my refund immediately - I’m still waiting - unfortunately -

Honestly if I can put minus one-star I’ll do! The worst customer service ever!It's not my first time shopping from this website, I purchased some stuff in March for Eid holiday, I received the products after the Eid even though I placed the order long time before it.
I returned the products and I had to pay for the shipping. They got their products however they did not refund me.
I emailed them many times and I called, I kept waiting and no response back from them. They sent me an email May 14th to tell me that they proceeded my refund but I never received anything.They are scammers and I’ll tell all my relatives and friends to be careful and to stop shopping from this website

I placed an order over three months ago and even paid extra for express shipping. Unfortunately, I never received my order, and despite multiple attempts to contact them, I’ve received no response.

It’s deeply concerning that the company continues to post on social media and promote their products while ignoring paying customers. I now believe Annah Hariri is not a trustworthy brand.

I regret not reading the reviews beforehand, and I strongly urge others—especially my sisters—not to order from them. This brand is taking people’s money without delivering, and that’s unacceptable.

I paid for my order (#179796) and was completely ignored. No replies to emails, DMs, or comments — yet they keep posting like nothing’s wrong. This is dishonest and unprofessional. Be careful before ordering — they take your money and disappear.

purchased from ANNAHARIRI on May 25th, and it's been three weeks now without receiving anything. They are not responding to calls or emails, and the money has already been withdrawn from my bank account.

I placed an order for 7 dresses on April 5th, spending nearly $329. Since then, I haven’t received any response or even an acknowledgment of my emails. It’s like they’ve completely disappeared. Terrible service – avoid at all costs.

Such a huge disappointment.
