If there was an option to give 0 stars I would. The lack of communication is outrageous I was told the delivery of my order would be up to 6 weeks and it ended up being delayed for almost 12 weeks now, with me still chasing until the very last moment if the sofa was going to be delivered. You try to call the line and the voicemail will drop in and regardless of how many times you text on whatsapp they might think of replying back after a week. Very unprofessional and it has been a very bad experience so far. They really need to work on their customer service, I would never order from them again!! Still have not received my order

Please do not order from this company. Their communication is shocking and feels like an incompetent person is running this business. The delivery of the item was just as headache inducing as the process of returning it... Stay away.

I advise you to stay away from this seller, the workmanship of the sofa is a joke, the upholstery is poorly made, the wood used for the construction is unsanded construction wood, I asked the seller for a warranty card, I got it in pdf format but a blank sheet of paper without the manufacturer and signatures! I honestly do not recommend this seller.

Very difficult contact with the company. They ignore the customer, do not reply to messages. I bought a bed with fast delivery. The website said delivery within 10 business days. After 10 days (business days) I write a query to the company, no response. I try to call, no one answers, I get an automatic message. He replies that 10 days have passed and the bed is still not there and my opinion will be adequate to the company's behavior. Only after several of my text messages was the answer given to me that the bed will be delivered by 6.11.2024. The day before I receive a message that the bed will be delivered on 05.11. And in the text message the question is whether the postal code is correct. He replies that yes. Then I receive a return message that my sofa will be delivered on 07.11 and that the courier will call 30 minutes earlier. And he called 15 minutes earlier. The company is really not worth recommending. They make fun of the customer, they are incompetent and not reliable. The bed also leaves much to be desired, not worth the money. I will never order anything from this company again. Please stay away.

Fast delivery, excellent contact with the seller, very well packed shipment, goods consistent with the description. I highly recommend.

I bought a corner sofa and coffee table, the quality is very good, the delivery is also good, the sofa is very easy to assemble, I recommend it Anna furniture.

I order new sofa and wait 6 week . received msg 2 days before delivery whitch Day and time comes.The sofa is amazing quality,perfect material (I have dog so material is best for me)sofabed is comfortable.I am 100%happy

I purchased two sofa beds, I received them in two weeks . Happy with them as they look exactly the same as the picture and correct measurements. Happy with the communication with the seller I was kept in the loop of the process. Contacted one day before delivery and received a call 30 min before delivery to make sure I was there. Happy costumer.

Ordered a sofa on July 30th with a stated delivery time frame of 2-6 weeks. Chased for an update on the expected delivery on week four was told to wait two weeks. 12th September: week six, I.e. the week of the seller's stated maximum delivery time, the seller confirmed they received the sofa and it would be delivered that week. Was waiting all the way down until 19th September when I have had to leave for a few days. Got the message that the sofa would be delivered tomorrow. Asked to rearrange for a six days and got a response it would be delivered within 15 working days (if not delayed again I assume!) So it would be at least 10 weeks for the damn sofa to be delivered and not "2-6" weeks stated by the seller. I'm expecting guests in two weeks so 15 working days, I.e. three weeks doesn't work at all. I'm extremely glad I chose to pay cash upon the receipt of the item as not even sure I'd be able to return the money if I paid upfront. Dodgy company. I wish I turned to Ikea straight away and avoided all this stress as I would get a product of a guaranteed quality within the guaranteed time frame with the delivery likely not to exceed a week. Avoid Anna Funiture at all costs if you expect to use an item in the next few months. And if you do place an order with them do chose a payment upon the delivery option as those people can't be trusted whatsoever.
9th October: Got a call from a non-polish director desperately asking to remove the review and blaming the staff for the poor service, making excuses. I was offered a discount for the next order and assured of the quality of the delivery and the item. Changing the rating of the review for 3 stars for the desperation of the person that called me. The opinion about the company is still somewhat negative.

Absolutely agree with the last review. My sofa bed was delivered incomplete, totally different colour as ordered. Still waiting for the sides of the sofa. No response to my questions. Totally my messages ignored. Zero contact with the company. No recommend at all.

They don't even deserve one star. We received a message that the delivery is to be on Saturday and the driver will call 30 minutes before. unfortunately there was no phone, nor was there any delivery. zero contact - we do not know what is happening with our sofa. Is it so hard to call to say sorry we won't get you today. I am very disappointed with the attitude of this salesman how he treats the customer. EDIT : October 6th... I was asked to provide details to verify that my opinion is true. If it wasn't true, I wouldn't be bothering with it.
