I am very happy to have found this company, we ordered a sofa bed on December 21st and really expected to receive it only after the New Year. But the company made an effort and delivered the sofa to our new home on December 24th. The sofa is very beautiful, and time will tell the quality.

Scammers. Bought a sofa bed that should be delivered by 16th Dec. Never received it, keep getting excuses and they refused to give me my money back. Avoid them. Positive feedback are most likely fake

The corner sofa bed "Palmo" we purchased recently, is very poorly built. When we received the sofa, I noticed that the side panel is bearly holding in place and we need to be very careful when we are using it. Unfortunatly, simple awareness was not enough, the side panel just came off after a month of careful usage. I must say, I am very disappointed.

I request a refund and collection and was waiting for a week for collection and you know what nobody collect the sofa!!!They ignored my messages I already open a case with my local citizen advice and my barista start the process against this scammed company!
Please don’t buy anything people can’t understand why people give them five stars !

Nie polecam. Zamówiłam narożnik 25 września. Czekałam dwa miesiące i się nie doczekałam. Ciągle jakieś wymówki a to dostawa z polski opóźniona dwa razy później kurier chory znowu dostawa przesunięta. Żarty siebie robią z ludzi. Telefonu nie odbierają odpisują jak by chcieli a nie mogli. Więc nie polecam czasem jest lepiej zapłacić 40 funtów więcej i zamówić u sprawdzonego dostawcy. Zrezygnowałam całkiem zamówienia. Nawet nie usłyszałam ani razu słowa przepraszamy za opóźnienia.

I’m absolutely delighted with this corner sofabed! It looks very stylish and fits perfectly into my living room. The quality is excellent for the price — really great value for money. The fabric feels durable and comfortable, and it easily converts into a bed when guests stay over. The cushions are firm yet cosy, and the colour is just as shown in the pictures. Amazingly comfortable and soft. Has a great amount of storage inside. And is very large and spacious when unfolded into a bed.

Sofa po miesiącu wyglada jak by miała 10 lat conajmniej boki sie zapadły ba dzis po roku pękła w pol doslownie tragedia. Nie wspomnę o zszywaczach które musieliśmy sami dobijać bo poraniły nam nogi na dole

Plus the sofa was absolutely nightmare you fell seating on floor

Very bad experience with this store. Poor customer service — it’s practically impossible to get in touch with them. If you want to place an order, there’s zero response to messages. I really don’t recommend it.

Dostawa przebiegła sprawnie i bez żadnych problemów. Panowie wnieśli sofę do pomieszczenia. Sama sofa jest przepiękna – solidna, porządnie wykonana i naprawdę wysokiej jakości 🤩

Anna Furniture to sklep, który naprawdę dba o swoich klientów. Zamówione meble dla dzieci i do sypialni były solidnie wykonane i pięknie zapakowane. Proces zakupu przebiegł bezproblemowo, a dostawa była szybka. Zdecydowanie polecam!

Not sure about many 5 stars reviews however my experience isn’t great unfortunately. I purchased sofabed from this company about a year and a half ago.It’s been a long awaiting time however sofa delivered with the strong smell which is still didn’t go away until today. Another thing is that unfortunately as a sofa bed it’s extremely uncomfortable to sleep on it…Yes, my review is about 16 months since purchase but it’s true review after a little time of proper use.So, waste of money as I’m looking to buy another sofa bed.
