I always use Animal Health theyre brilliant. I ordered on thursday it was here friday . The delivery man is friendly and helpful , theyre products are great too .i would definately recomend them .

Always good to order from The Animal Health CoLtd. I've been a customer for decades when I need anything natural. Good service, safe packing and swift delivery.
Animal Health use Royal Mail so I don't expect the speed you get from Amazon Prime or DHL. Still, AH were offering free delivery so no cause for complaint. Just remember to order before you run out.

Hi Beverley, sorry to see that your item had not been delivered. I can see that you ordered on Sunday 8th and that we posted it with Royal mail on Monday 9th. I would have espected it to have been received by now. I shall send you a replacement item, as can only assume it has been lost in the post. Dog urine smells are gone!
I have a dog who often pees in the night. Even after mopping with bleach, I felt I could still smell it faintly.
I found the Odour Kill online and thought it was worth a try. It came very quickly.
It can be diluted to use in the mop bucket and I have also put some in a spray bottle to use in the bathroom.
Urine smells are gone and I like the bubblegum scent.
I actually think this is what my vet surgery uses, because it's a similar smell and I'm always impressed that their surgery smells so fresh.

Good company, time will tell about the product
Too early to say whether this will help my elderly husky, but delivery was prompt and well packaged. Delivery was not a bad price, though on the website there was mention of an extra charge from the courier which was strange. Great communication , kept up to date with despatch and delivery notifications . Will be buying more in the future.
