All the reception staff go above and beyond to help you the medical staff amazing just a brilliant practice so happy to be with them

This Anima thing does the job but I was much happier using eConsult. Anima imposes a time limit, unhelpful if you get interrupted, and does not attach a pdf of your response like eConsult would.

Having the Anima service for me was very useful as it saved me time and allowed me to sort my enquiry out over the phone with a GP.

Shortly after submitting my concern on Anima, I was contacted by Hayley - care navigator/ receptionist - who was kind, understanding and responsive.

The E consult is great and efficient much better than hanging on the phone like the old days treatment is much faster now

The anima site is extremely easy to navigate and my repeat prescription request was responded to within just 24 hours, very impressive.

Given a quick reply. However had to message to get my results
