Slick operation
Nice, well meaning people who are excellent at their job. Having done Focus Groups for thirty years it is slightly disappointing to have only done one for them though.

Hi Dino,
Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re really pleased to hear you’ve found our team friendly and professional!
Because each project has very specific criteria, we’re only able to invite participants who are the perfect match for each brief, but please rest assured that we genuinely value your experience, and we’ll be in touch again just as soon as something suitable comes up.
We hope to see you in another project soon!
Best wishes,

First research project with Angelfish a success
This was my first research project with Angelfish, a video chat. The subject was relevant to me, the other four participants engaging and interesting to talk to. The facilitator was very good at ensuring that everyone had an opportunity to contribute and that we stuck to timeline. An enjoyable way to spend an hour of my time and get paid for it!

Hi Kevin,
Thank you for your review.
We do strive to include as many people as possible for our research, despite the high level of interest for our studies. In order to be selected and short listed, our participants do have to meet strict criteria, as defined by our clients.
We’d really like to look into your profile to understand what’s been happening and ensure everything is set up correctly on your account. If you’re happy for us to check this for you, please email us at info@angelfish-opinions.com and our team will be able to provide more detail.
We appreciate you being part of our community.
Best wishes,
Laura
Always had great experiences
All the research I’ve taken part in has always been well communicated and executed by Angelfish. Their remuneration for the projects are always more than fair, for the time you’ve taken, and are always paid in a timely manner.

Their forms are long
Their forms are long, so they basically make money from naive people who are spending their limited time ( as if you didnt have anything else to do) on filling forms.
Any form longer than 5 -7 prescreening questions is long.

Hi Denisa,
Thank you for your feedback. We aim to keep our screeners as short as possible, but sometimes additional questions are required to meet client needs. Participation is completely voluntary, and people do not pay any money to take part in our market research.
In line with our personal information policy, all data is securely deleted after 3 months. If you’d like to discuss this further, please contact our team on 01242 908872.

Hi Andrew,
Thank you for sharing your feedback – we’re really sorry to hear you feel this way.
For context, every market research project we run has very specific criteria set by our clients, and we often receive a high volume of applications. This means not everyone who applies will be selected, and sometimes people screen out based on those criteria.
If you’d like to understand more about why you may have screened out or request further information, please don’t hesitate to give us a call on 01242 908872. We’d be happy to talk it through and make sure you have a positive experience with us going forward.
Best wishes,
The Angelfish Opinions Team
Great company to work with
Angelfish is very well organised. Very professional and is very safe. Even my teenage son carries out some project which he enjoys and I feel it’s a very safe space for him. The staff are so helpful and communication is excellent!

I just completed a food and drink research. It was my first time and I thought it was well delivered/communicated. Most importantly, we were given enough time to compete the research by creating short videos related to the questions asked. Glad I did it.
