Had the best experience with Angelfish. From start to finish. Very professional company. Ben was helpful in signing me up and the website was very userfriendly. I've done many projects with Angelfish in the past and the customer service is amazing. All the researchers are wonderful and the projects themselves are so much fun and exciting. The fact I got paid (straight away) too was a bonus. Thank you for the experience, will definitely be applying for more projects in the future to be involved in.

My experience with Angelfish was a very positive one. They informed me well on what was expected of me during this research. Were kind and polite in their communication either on the phone or email. Prompt payment, were grateful for my participation. I would definitely like to do more with Angelfish given the opportunity.

Was part of a project involving a diary and premuim pasta buying and cooking. I attended an online forum yesterday on Zoom. This was conducted with professionalism and I felt valued throughout. No answer was not incorrect and was able to contribute. 2 hours just flew by as I was so interested and Lisa was excellent our moderator. My gift card was on my email this morning how good was that. Thank you for including me.

I found the recruitment selection process very simple and straightforward, the recruiter was very polite and professionally friendly.
Communication was brilliant and text reminders sent to help keep you on track in completing assigned task( online community).
And incentive received within the time frame mentioned.
Can't really fault the team- they're very brilliant at what they do.

This was a fun item to do but also gave me a chance to put my views across.

I enjoy doing research for Angelfish because everything is organised extremely and you are told in advance exactly what to expect and what to do. Plus the actual research is generally about something interesting. The bonus of course being the gift card which is welcome in these hard times.

The interviewer was excellent. He was thorough and friendly. The whole process was easy and at the end of it you both have benefited from the conversation. The bonus is that you get paid for chatting . This has been flagged up as complete and I expect my voucher within a couple of days

I recently participated in research relating to the Women's World Cup. I spoke to Ben on the phone, who was warm, welcoming, and explained the process well. Since completing the research, I have received a prompt notification that my payment has been logged.

I will definitely be on the lookout for more market research with Angelfish in the future.
