Gorgeous and best price on here
Saw these in a fancy garden centre but looked online and found them cheaper here, plus a discount. Bought 3 for myself and my sisters and we all love them. They remind us of our dear dad and to see them spinning in the garden as spring is coming makes me feel happy 🌻💛

Pre-order?
When I ordered the item I was informed that it would be delivered in 2-3 working days. There was a communication stating pre-ordered items would take longer. I paid in full. I did not regard my item as a pre-order - that makes no sense!! I phoned and was informed that it was a pre-order. Someone needs to improve the communication and terms used. I waited 15 days for my order. I won’t use this company again.

All of our artwork has the information above the 'add to basket' that states 'Delivery usually within 5-14 days' and then again underneath that button is 'This item usually takes a few days to arrive, we will keep you updated'. I am sorry if this caused confusion for you. All of our artwork is delivered directly from the supplier, which is why it then comes up as pre-order. It literally just means that we order it from our supplier after the customer has placed the order.
I understand that our confirmation of order email that stated at the bottom 'Shipping method: Standard Delivery (1-2 Working Days from stock)' caused some confusion as this is a pre-order item for the reasons stated above.
However, we take all feedback seriously and will review the information on items such as these, to make it a more seamless service so that there is not any confusion for other customers. Thank you for highlighting this for us.

Pre-ordered item online received safe n' sound and very well packaged.
Having searched other suppliers the price point was the best I could find for this particular framed picture.
The only very minor point was that I didnt receive a notification just prior to actual delivery but this may be because I requested for it to arrive after a certain date.
Otherwise extremely pleased with Angela Reed and will look to purchase more items in the future.
Just a mention for the gentleman in the 'orders' or 'delivery' department - very accommodating, polite and understanding.

Awful experience!
Until yesterday I really rated this shop as top notch, pleasant , helpful and polite. However I was expecting a rug delivery, ordered on 12th February but had no communication from them to let me know when it was due for delivery. Yesterday I called them and spoke to an extremely rude aggressive woman who shouted down the phone, she said she couldn’t hear. Surely at this point she should have said the line was hard to hear and suggest I call back hoping to clear the line… but no… she was awful and rude! Then I called back and spoke to a different lady who was helpful , thank goodness! BUT the delivery people DX had no communication with me, despite being told they would contact me to inform me of the delivery date. I had no idea when the delivery was due. Eventually I called DX who were helpful in that they said the rug was out for delivery. The delivery man was also bad tempered. Didn’t ask me where to put the rug just shoved it into the room in the floor. I WILL NEVER EVER USE ANGELA REED AGAIN!

My £197.00 large floor lamp arrived…
My £197.00 large floor lamp arrived completely broken at the base. The packaging was very good so I couldn't see how this could of happened during transit. There were other defects as well as the damaged base didn't look like a brand new item had been sent out, would not recommend.

We are very sorry to hear that your floor lamp arrived damaged and appreciate how disappointing this must have been, especially so close to Christmas.
Your order was dispatched promptly via DPD during the Christmas period. Unfortunately, despite the lamp being carefully packaged, it appears it was, indeed, damaged in transit. We would never knowingly send out faulty or used items, and we are sorry that the condition of the lamp led you to feel this may have been the case.
As requested, we arranged collection on a day that suited you and issued a full refund once the item was returned to us. We are pleased we were able to resolve the matter swiftly, although we regret that your experience fell short of expectations.

I have been into the shop in Saffron Walden on a number of occasions and always been impressed but on this occasion I purchased two table lamps on line. Very pleased with them, exactly as described, arrived quickly and extremely good value for money.

Brilliant service!
I am delighted with the artichoke candle holder and also the efficient service from Angela Reed. The artichoke ornament is exactly as illustrated and exactly what I was looking for to match in with other items we have. It is actually more substantial and better quality than I had anticipated. It arrived within a few days of ordering and was extremely well packaged and protected. Extremely pleased - great service, thank you.

Need clearer delivery dates and better packaging
I had mis-ordered and needed to add something to an original order. The company did this very quickly so I didn't need to pay extra postage. So 5* for that. But didn't say there would be a delay in receiving some of the items. I had to ask when the items were coming. They did offer to send what they had in stock and not charge for further postage which was good but I would have welcomed clear delivery times at the outset. Packaging not great. Came in a box with some of the tape hanging off and not sealed along all the edges. Inside the table mats and coaster had been hastily wrapped in some tissue paper but not placed neatly at the bottom of the box, just stood up loosely. Luckily it wasn't anything breakable but didn't give a good impression.

Cake stand and cloche
The product I ordered, a cake stand and cloche was out of stock before Christmas, but I spoke to a very helpful lady at the shop, who advised me to place my order and it would be dispatched as soon as possible. Order was received and packed so well. My daughter-in-law was so pleased with her belated Christmas present
