I ordered two larger framed pieces, and they came carefully packaged. They both look great in the house and are just as pictured.

I still haven't received my art, 19 days later. This feels like a scam. Their Customer Service keeps telling me it's on the way, but still not here. AWFUL.

I purchased three prints and they were all beautiful; the paper was high quality and captured the details of the original paintings. Shipping and packaging was great too. I'd definitely recommend this company and will purchase from them in the future.

Blatantly ripping off the work of legitimate artists. Werner Bronkhorst is a prime example.

After placing my order the artwork was quickly packed and shipped using DHL. Throughout the process I was receving updates on email from Andyokay to keep me in the loop of my shipment. For some reason DHL was using a collaborating delivery partner in Denmark, and this must have caused some confusion because I never received a notification about my shipment being delivered - despite it said so using the tracking link provided to DHL.
I reached out to Andyokay who quickly reacted and investigated the issue with me - and found out where my shipment was delivered and the collaborating delivery partner used. This made the whole thing a really good and trusting situation, where I really felt supported by Andyokay - excellent service.
PS. the artwork is stunning and I can only recommend shopping here.

Great company to buy from. I accidentally ordered the wrong size and the company made the return process very easy. They stayed in contact with me throughout the process even letting me know when they received my return and my refund was processed within days. I ended up ordering three additional pieces from them due to the quality and the experience.

Totally smooth process and my prints arrived safe and well packaged. They look exactly as they do online. They are matte, which is what I wanted, but just pointing it out in case anyone is expecting glossy.

I rate my experience as 5 stars even though my art was shipped to an incorrect address. Their customer care team took care of the problem and shipped me my artwork. They were kind, polite and prompt. I’m in love with their beautiful expressions on canvas. I will order all of my artwork from them in the future!

The customer service is by far the best I've ever dealt with. The artwork i got is amazing. I will definitely buy more pieces for my office.
