Working with the team at &Allies has been a delight. They're consistently responsive, thoughtful, and knowledgeable, with flexibility to make every project feel well-supported in tune with business needs. I feel compelled to write a review, something I am bad at doing generally. These guys have been seriously expert. I have been through WAY too many agencies and always paid good money, so I've been thoroughly taken for a ride, disappointed, left thinking I should just do things myself, BUT I know my brands have legs, so I have stuck at it.

I am SO GLAD to have met these guys, this is going to be a long review.

I asked for reporting (once a week); no other agency has been able to deliver that into my inbox, without chasing, once a week. these guys have.

I asked for an SLA of 24 hours to reply to emails, stating that my company SLA is 2 hours (just saying); they met me and have never failed. I NEVER feel like i have to chase.

The team at &Allies don’t just look at platform KPIs but they work with you to truly understand the business numbers and profitability. They align their ad strategy with our actual goals.

Creative/Copy. Their deep-dive customer insights and research phase has been a game-changer for the ad creatives and copy. We’ve got a comprehensive document with clear personas, and tailored messaging frameworks for each so we can speak to the emotional triggers of our customers. They can help with creative guidance or deliver it end-to-end.

Nice folk.... &Allies work with partners they want to see succeed, they are honest, upfront and they genuinely care about making the right decisions for my business. You get a team that includes experienced ad buyers, a client success manager, a copywriter, a strategy lead and a creative lead. I have pushed them, been the devil's advocate, listened to my self thinking 'I wouldn't want to work with her ', yet they have stuck with me and pushed on through it; they REALLY get small business owners.

As i said, i came to &Allies because I needed a clear, strategic view of if and how my brands can grow, and a team I can trust. Now, both DogRocks and Be:Loved are being managed by their experienced team and I am excited to see the growth continue!

In June this year we achieved 61% increase in YoY US revenue for DogRocks with less than 20% more ad spend.

Allies did a one-time strategic audit for us, covering both Meta and Google Ads. It was detailed, practical, and gave us a clear roadmap for what to focus on next. The team is small but highly skilled and extremely knowledgeable, and the audit brought a lot of value to us.

I've been working with the guys at Allies (formerly Pink Leopard) for around a year now. I was initially a little skeptical of hiring a marketing company as I was running ads myself with okay results, but wondered if we could improve the ROAS.

We started out with them building email campaigns which generated a good amount of revenue and interactions in Klaviyo, which showcased what they could do and set a base for that level of trust, after all you are handing over the running of your ad campaigns which is where you generate revenue to somebody else.

We then moved over the handling of our Google ads campaigns to &Allies and we have seen strong results, with increased ROAS whilst working within our budgets, they have optimised our spend and regularly achieved a higher than expected return on ad spend.

We finally handed over control of the Facebook ads and have seen really impressive results in this area, in a relatively short time, both lowering the CPC and raising AOV.

We have monthly meetings to keep me updated on everything they're doing and are always happy to answer any questions that I have. We have grown quite substantially as a business since working with these guys and whilst it has bought challenges, these guys have delivered results despite me not providing them with the content they really need, so we're excited to see where the partnership can go in 2026.

It's been a bit of a gamechanger for us since using PL. I love that we don't have to rely on traditional marketing methods that can feel spammy at times like email marketing and that PL has our back. Would love more guidance on the creative but the entire team is supportive, always responsive and a delight to work with. Big shout out to Ljiliana who's been a dream to work with!
