Scam company. Avoid
I paid £90 for a necklace and the quality is atrocious. Lightweight, flimsy and unwearable. The positive reviews of this company are surely questionable, I struggle to comprehend how anyone could be pleased with the quality. And be aware, they do not offer refunds, credit voucher only. Total scam. Avoid!

poor quality
I paid £90 for this necklace and the quality is terrible ...its so lightweight it feels like a plastic necklace ! Unfortunately I have run out of the time to return the item as it arrived just before i left for my holidays. I would really appreciate a chance to return it or exchange it for something more solid

Beautiful product
Beautiful product, delivered quickly in packaging that was equally secure as it was pretty. Very easy payment and process with the set being delivered literally in a matter of days - almost Amazon-level ease, which is difficult to come by in this space. Would happily order again and / or recommend to others.

Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re sorry to hear that the shipping and import charges came as a surprise, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify this for transparency.
For international orders, shipping with our courier partners typically starts from £30. We absorb over half of this cost and charge a subsidised flat rate of £17, which is lower than standard international shipping rates.
If you would like to explore a return, or if you have any questions at all, our Client Care team would be more than happy to assist you. Please feel free to get in touch with us via email so we can help further.
Thank you again for your feedback. We’re always grateful for the chance to improve and support our clients as best we can.
Warm regards,
Team Anayah

Awful
I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Anayah Jewellery has been so incredibly disappointing that I felt compelled to warn others. From a mediocre product ,receiving the incorrect item and the shocking customer service, this company has been a complete nightmare to deal with. The WhatsApp service is completely useless too!
