Hello Dr. Linda,
I am sorry for any confusion that may have happened with your most recent order.
In order to redeem your rewards, you will have to sign up for our rewards program called - Smile Rewards. I checked your customer profile and saw that you did not create an account with your first order. I have resent you the email in order to activate your account. For every dollar you spend, you receive one point - every 100 points is $5 off. You currently have 179 points.
I checked your reoccurring order with us for our Barleans 25mg Tincture. The price is normally $69.99, you received 10% off and free shipping for the total of $62.99.
I tried to contact you by phone and left you a voicemail. Please call me back at your earliest convenience 502-209-8808. We str available Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm EST, Saturday and Sunday 11am-2pm EST.

I saw you were having 25% off on…
I waited until Saturday to make my order as I saw there was a 25% off sale. For some reason, I was unable to attain the 25% off, but after the order was received, Anavii made it right by applying the promised discount. Although I was frustrated at first, they fixed the problem and refunded me the discount.

Hello Gregory,
I am sorry for any confusion there was with our recent sale for 25% off on Barlean Emulsions. While we sometimes have sales on the whole collection of Barleans products, this sale was specifically for the emulsions.
I was looking over your order and saw that you were able to receive 10 dollars off the Barleans tincture - our system will only allow the use of one coupon per order, which could also be why you were unable to redeem the 25% off for Barleans emulsions.
Please send an email to wellness@anaviimarket.com, and we would be happy to honor the 25% off on the Barleans emulsions.
Due to the misunderstanding, would you please consider revising your review?
