Refund agreed then not...
I’d have to admit the marketing for AnatolyFit is definitely eye‑catching — shiny and distracting for anyone.
To give them credit, I do enjoy their funny YouTube videos, but I expected something new and different from the AnatolyFit training programme. Unfortunately, it felt very basic and not personalisable to my style of training — nothing I didn’t already know as a qualified personal trainer.
After checking other sources, I found many reviews were mediocre, which aligned with my experience.
When I asked for a refund, it was initially agreed and then quickly changed, which didn’t leave a great impression — especially since, from my perspective, I doubt the refund would have made much difference to a business that appears to be doing very well.
Overall, I think most people would get better value by paying a real one‑to‑one trainer who can personalise and tailor a plan properly.
