Have had multiple issues with this company. They are charging too much for substandard.

The products come from China, take a long time to arrive, and when they do, the clothes have a bad odour. I am very unhappy; overall, it does not bode well .

I will be sending an official complaint again.

my regular pants size is medium, i ordered a large to be safe and i could barely fit in 😟 their sizes do not make any sense...

it is a Chinese company, shipping from China. Color and fit are very different from their website. the pink colored one are such an ungly shade of pink darker in person. I returned everything i ordered 2 weeks ago. there was a failed attempt of delivery and the package got stuck at their local post office. The company is not trying anything to get the package and not refunding me. it has been 2 weeks, I will have to get the money back by contacting my bank most likely. Stay away from this website

I order two merino wool scarves and a pair of gloves. The product quality is great and I got each piece on sale. My order was confirmed on Jan 5 2026 and was delivered on Jan 19 2026. I wished they used a more trustworthy delivery service but ultimately I received my package without any trouble.

My first order was shipped via SpeedEx and never arrived due to an "incorrect address" I double checked the address I used, it was correct. I e-mailed AAAD and they told me to contact the shipping company. Turns out the shipping company only uses an AI chatbot and I still never received my items. I contacted them again asking for a refund, they refused and said they would re-send my items with a different shipping company and give me a new tracking number ASAP. They did not do so. When I e-mailed again over a week later, they gave me a tracking number THROUGH SPEEDEX AGAIN. The items had also still not been shipped. I e-mailed again just now to demand a refund, but if this isn't resolved by Monday, I'm reporting them to my state's consumer protection investigation division and my bank.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Terrible company. I bought pant for my daughter that did not fit. They were placed back in bag with tags and returned and they claimed they were to dusty and had hair so refused to return my money or exchange them unless i pay then $15. So they charge me return label and then new shipping label and processing fee on top of it to return pants that dont fit. Dont buy from them!!!! Awful company and experience.

I've actually had really good experiences with An Action A Day. All of the items I ordered were really good quality. For me they're on the pricier side but I think that's reflected in the pieces. I didn't like two things I ordered and was able to return them for free for store credit and didn't have any issues.

SCAMMMMM Fraudulent company - will steal your money if you TRY to return the items and then ask you to pay them $15 to ship back to you after deducting return shipping and then will say if you don’t respond in 7 days they will “ dispose” of the items.

THEY STOLE $146 dollars from me for two pants

The items were sent back in the condition I received them in. The TAG had a smudge on it.

They also took a MONTH to shop to me from china and then a month to receive the return.

Absolutely scam

I was VERY skeptical about ordering from this company - the website lacks information I would look for from a reputable brand. That being said, I am surprisingly delighted with the fleece-lined pants I ordered. They were delivered within 10 days of order and didn’t have any challenges with tariffs, etc. I bought a second pair of these pants in a second color because I love them so much.

The clothes did show up and were okay quality. However, two items didn’t fit so I returned them. I double checked they were clean and sent back in the same condition I received them in. Despite this, I got an email saying for one of the items it was covered in fur (?) and I could not get a refund. The options they gave me were to pay them $15 more to ship the item back or have them ‘dispose of it’ for free… Items are overpriced for the quality and if you need a return the customer service is horrible.

Be careful. I have noticed a change in the quality of their products and customer service. The pants I ordered did arrive and when I opened the package they were clearly far too large so I sent them back. More than a month later I get sent an email claiming they can't approve my return due to "dirt" on the pants. Mind you, they still had tags on and never worn with original packaging.

Not only are they refusing to give me a refund, they are also refusing to send the pants back to me without charging me a $15 fee. They're not even offering store credit! This is what they said:
"1. Have the product shipped back to you: To proceed, we kindly ask you to cover a total of $15, which includes the previously incurred $6 return shipping cost, a $7 new shipping fee, and a $2 return and reshipment processing fee, all of which were incurred on our end, to send the product back to you.
2. Dispose of the product: If you prefer, we can dispose of the item for you at no additional cost."

I have never had such a terrible experience with a company before and will no longer be recommending their products.

Had a good experience with this brand. Like others said, they ship directly from China and have a 3rd party do the final delivery. I waited around 2ish weeks for my package to be delivered to the U.S. and had no problems!

They removed my review from their website which is a massive red flag of course!

The pants took one month to ship and were really short. They market themselves as a sustainable brand but the package came from china and was wrapped in tape in a plastic bag.

I returned for the larger pair as I really wanted them to look as good as they did on the model (they don't tbh). They are comfortable, we did get the refund on the return so can't complain on that front.

Confused abt the legitimacy of the brand and will see how the trousers hold up.

Listen to the other bad reviews. Ordered a pair of pants. Everything seemed promising at first. Received a tracking number. Figured out that this company uses drop shipping, since they were shipping straight from China. Which, is the exact opposite of their companies motto. Too late to go back now, so I went with the flow. A month goes by and my package is stalled somewhere in China. I finally emailed customer service. My CS rep was nice at first I guess. She did give me a bunch of excuses, which weren't valid, because why was a I receiving packages from Australia earlier than this one. Which I accepted. While in Uni I interned at a logistics company, so I get it. At this point I didn't care whether I got the pants at all. I just felt the person who handled my ticket had terrible communication skills and was straight up rude. Girl retake your training and learn how to properly reply to emails. Honestly, wish I could attach the replies I received. I recommend people inform themselves on companies that use the drop shipping model. It's not the most legit. But, when it comes to this company. The tone and replies were straight up rude. SMH

Was worried about it being a scam but I’m generally happy with the products I received (two pairs of pants). It did take a few weeks to arrive (shipped from China). Will see how they hold up!

i had my suspicions after i placed my order and it said it was coming from China, but my package only took a week to arrive to the US. i ordered a quarter zip and when it arrived the quality was a lot better than i imagined.

Following a botched delivery - multiple delays and the courier company 'Relay' leaving the package out on the street on my doorstep in London... An Action a Day have said as per their shipping policy they are not responsible for missing packages when they are marked as delivered. Despite sharing receipts / proof of this information they still refused to ship out a new order and /or provide a full refund. This response goes against all UK consumer law - therefore I am now escalating this with my credit card company.

This whole experience screams scam and I recommend all UK consumers to NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Their items look really cute, but they're super ambiguous about their brand. They're based in China and ship via Cainiao and then pass off local delivery to a third-party shipper. They delivered to my building during non-business hours, and I've been trying to work with both the brand and courier to rearrange delivery and have yet to receive the product (over 30 days later!). I finally just disputed the charge. I'd skip buying from this brand!

Potential scam with appalling customer service. I've been waiting for a package that's been stuck for 10 days at the fulfillment center (this after waiting for it to be shipped and to clear customs) the response from the company is to contact the shipper who is not responding and all they say is "wait a few more days" with no resolution offered or support given. Cute images of stuff but now I really wonder about the legitimacy, esp as there's no company info beyond their site. No reviews, no ownership, no customer service beyond an email. when i check via my order number on the site there's literally no way to get info. Sketchy at best. If you do take the leap (again cute stuff!) make sure you use a form of payment that makes disputes easy.

I ordered from this company then immediately got nervous. Was it a scammy dropship place? Would the clothes even arrive? Well, happily they arrived after two weeks (shipping to NZ) and the clothes are exactly as ordered.

I got two pairs of pants and I really do like them. My one critique is that I do think they are slightly overpriced. However the fabric is sturdy and the garments fit well, and they do look good.

If you're worried they aren't legit - which I was, very much so, for two weeks - it appears that they are. Albeit a little overpriced!
