We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused with your order.

Although the item was showing as in stock, unfortunately our warehouse team was unable to locate it. As soon as we became aware of the issue, we contacted you to apologise and offered either to order a replacement from our supplier or provide a full refund. You chose to have the item reordered.

At the time, we were advised that the item would arrive within a few working days. Unfortunately, there was then a further delay from our supplier, which was outside of our control and caused additional delays to your order. During this time, we offered a refund on multiple occasions as we received updates.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience and understanding.

Quality product but I got it really late

I got my product really late. Great value, great quality when it eventually arrived but in timeliness, I’d rate AN 2/10. To be fair to them, they kept communicating about all that went wrong with the order but I think it still took a bit too long for it to be resolved.

Legitimate Prices

Called before I ordered as price seemed too good to be true. Legitimate price & earbuds arrived at week later, allowing for the bank holiday. Will shop from this site again.

Great Service and Fast Delivery

I had a very good experience with An Electronics. The delivery was fast, and the service was great. They replied quickly and were very helpful. Everything went smoothly, and I am happy with my purchase. I recommend them!

Fantastic service

Fantastic service! Joe was a delight to speak to, ordered a product that was hard to get but I received the order 1 day after ordering it.

Disappointing Service

After receiving the item, I discovered that it was defective. I immediately contacted your shop to report the issue. I was told that you were very sorry and that I would receive a return label along with a courier collection shortly.
However, a month passed and I did not receive the return label, nor did I receive any update from your team. I had to contact your store myself multiple times just to get information about the status of my return.
Eventually, the courier collected the defective product, but now it has been another month and I am still waiting for my refund. Once again, I have had to chase your customer service team for updates, as no one has contacted me proactively.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. The lack of communication and the long delays are unacceptable. I kindly request that my refund be processed immediately.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend your store to others.

I hope you’re well.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the issues with your order and for the delay in resolving this matter. The item needed to be booked in with the distributor for evaluation and repair, which we arranged as soon as the issue was reported. Unfortunately, there was a delay on their end in booking this in. We have raised this with them, and it is currently being reviewed by their management team to ensure it does not happen again.

Following up again this morning after our phone call, the distributor confirmed that the item had been deemed not repairable earlier in the day. We have therefore initiated a full refund for this product.

We truly apologise for the inconvenience and the wait. The matter has been escalated with the distributor to help prevent similar delays in the future.
