I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with AMZ Waves. I requested a cancellation and a subsequent refund, but the company has failed to process either. Despite several attempts to contact their support team, I have received no callback or email confirmation. At this point, the lack of communication is unacceptable. I expect a prompt resolution and the full refund I am owed.

We continued working on your store and actively provided the agreed services throughout the engagement. At no point was there a service failure or non-performance from our side.
Regarding your request for cancellation and refund, please note that refunds are only applicable in cases where there is a failure to deliver agreed services. In this case, the request is based on a change of mind while work was already in progress and services were being actively delivered.
That said, we remain open to discussing the matter professionally and finding a fair resolution if there is any specific concern regarding the service delivery itself.
