We decided to use AMS purely through their reviews. I am so glad we did.
Communication from the off has been fantastic, Ellie was on the ball returning calls and sending emails. We have just had a level 3 residential survey done and it is one of the most thorough surveys I've seen. It was presented in a simple and informative layout. The survey was carried within 5 days of instructing them and the report was back within 5 working days. Thanks to the survey it uncovered a catalogue of problems hidden which sadly meant we decided to walk away from the property we had set our hearts on . But it wasn't meant to be. We will certainly be using AMS again for our next survey

In preparation for selling my house, I arranged for a survey to check for dampness and any timber issues. Bobby, the surveyor, was a delight to work with. He patiently walked me through each step of the process, ensuring I understood what he was doing and shared the main findings with me. The report arrived quickly, was straightforward, and included actionable advice. Bobby had a great grasp of the challenges associated with older homes like mine from the 1890s, and his recommendations were satisfying. He was readily available for follow-up questions and clarified details once I had the report.
