Me and my Partner Kieran, used this company due to special circumstances, Jack from start to finish was incredible he got us the best deal and explained everything with each step, we were then passed over to Claire who was very responsive and got us the full mortgage offer. If you have circumstances when buying house I really recommend this company they look after you.

Jack speed has helped us loads and told us everything we need to do to get our mortgage in principle and everyone at AMS mortgages are very helpful and we definitely recommend them to anyone looking at buying their house especially first time buyers or self employed like me

Great support, updated throughout the whole process, even with a complex mortgage situation. They are a life saver, I was so stressed and didnt see an outcome. But they helped me find a solution. I cant thank them enough luke, Claire and Shanita

AMS were very thorough and made sure that the package presented to the lender was as complete as possible. From application to offer took 3 weeks.

Claire Golder is an absolute legend. Friendly, patient, and completely on the ball. She navigated a very tricky valuation issue for us with total ease and got our offer over the line when we thought it might stall. If you need a mortgage broker who is both brilliant at her job and a pleasure to deal with, Claire is the one. Thanks for everything!

Joe got me a mortgage in 8 days. I had been speaking with various other mortgage advisors for 7 months before his excellent service. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend his service

Claire and Luke have been absolutely brilliant. I could not recommend them any higher. They have been so kind and helpful. Brilliant company and brilliant experience. From kumba and modou.

Superb service from luke and clare really appreciate what you've done for me

Alex was brilliant. Very prompt, with explanations that everyone can understand and very kind. If you have a more difficult case, like ours and not only, here you will find the solution. Thank you Alex! You are part of our dream which, soon, we hope to become reality.

Amazing - they turned around a mortgage offer within a week when I was up against the clock with a seller and in a market that was struggling to lend. Would honestly recommend to anyone, professionalism beyond. A special thank you to Alex Silver and Claire Golder

Worked with many of the team at AMS to get my mortgage application approved and everyone I interacted with has been extremely helpful and professional throughout. The process has been seamless and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great broker irrespective of whether you have good or bad credit 👍🏿

I can’t thank Luke Taylor and Claire Golder enough for the incredible service they provided. My circumstances were far from straightforward, but they handled everything with professionalism, patience, and care.

They took the time to explain each step and worked tirelessly to secure a mortgage that I honestly didn’t think would be possible. Their communication was excellent throughout.

I highly recommend Claire and Luke. They truly go above and beyond and make dreams become a reality! I can't thank you both enough!

As usual a first rate service from AMS. Great up front advice from Luke and followed up efficiently by Claire. Great team as always which is why we always use AMS.

Nina went above and beyond to make this process smooth for us. As first time buyers, Nina made everything really clear and concise for us to understand. Her replies were super quick and she even was flexible with our working hours. Nina made personalised insurance bundles for the requirements we had at a great price too. We couldn’t recommend and thank AMS enough for their help, support and guidance during our home buying process.

I wish I can give a million stars
We honestly cannot recommend Access Mortgage Solutions highly enough! From start to finish, the service we received was absolutely amazing. The whole team went above and beyond to make what could have been a very stressful process feel smooth, supported, and manageable.
A very special thank you to Shanita, Clair and Luke for their dedication and hard work in finding us the perfect lenders. They took the time to understand our situation and worked tirelessly to secure the best possible option for us. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
Shanita in particular deserves extra recognition. She went above and beyond by working closely with the solicitors to make the completion process far less stressful for us. At times it seemed complicated and difficult, but she pushed everything forward and made it happen. Her communication, reassurance and determination truly made all the difference.
If you’re looking for professional, knowledgeable and genuinely caring mortgage brokers, Access Mortgage Solutions are the team you need. Thank you again for everything — we are so grateful!

I am quite happy with the smooth and swift flow of the progress regarding my mortgage application. My advisor, Claire has been very helpful in guiding me through the process and my anxiety has been greatly reduced.

After being failed by high street lenders due to a few bad credits from my partner, I came across AMS mortgage solutions. We were so worried we would never get accepted by anyone and lose our dream house. We spoke with Alex Silver first and he found us a great mortgage company that would accept us. This was all done extremely quickly! After that Shanita looked after us along the way. Claire G was also helpful in this process too. Could not recommend this company enough! Thank you for everything!
