The phone number disconnects seconds…
The phone number disconnects seconds after a recording answers. Customer service does not return emails. I want my account canceled because they are not doing anything to make my credit better. No one has called me with any updates. Ive been trying since April 2nd and getting nowhere. They are a SCAM AND FRAUD!

Depending on the situation, repairing credit usually takes at least 90 days before you begin to see any noticeable changes. It's the way that you respond back after getting the information. I think it should be directly logged in to and from both parties not having to take extra step and taken before just to get a little information. Or phone a Call

No one will help me when I need help. I went for alcohol rehab and was in for over thirty days. I have remained clean. My employer is jacking me around about putting me back on the schedule. I am picking up odd shifts through agency. They've already shut off my water. My electricity and gas are next.
I just need help to get past this hump.

Caller continued to interrupt me after…
Caller continued to interrupt me after asking me what I was looking for and finally just blurted out, you can to debt settlement or bankruptcy. I told them to add me to the do not call list and hung up. I've never missed a payment in my life and won't do debt settlement just to enrich their pockets. If they aren't willing to offer debt consolidation loads, they shouldn't advertise them and then try to pull a bait and switch.
