Ket was the person that helped me
Ket was the person that helped me. She didn't just give up on me when I didn't qualify for one kind of loan, she went over and beyond to find another loan and not only did I qualify for the loan, I also saved money at the same time. She is very personable along with her other co-workers. She made what was horrific time in my life so much more easier and she is definitely a blessing! From one professional customer service rep to another, she deserves all the stars.

Be prepared for hyper aggressive calls and texts
They partner with hyper aggressive loan partners that will call incessantly (I received 8 calls from one company in the space of 12 hours, 4 texts, even after blocking and replying "STOP" as prompted). If you're really looking to research your options, try reddit.com to learn more about options before trying to review terms and conditions or loan availability through this website.

Very bad experience
Very bad experience. I wish they would have told me that I couldn’t get a loan instead of transferring me to a debt management company. You should at least tell the consumer what is going on.

The rep was rude, impatient, and didnt want to listen.
The rep was rude and didn't want to accept that I didnt need assistance due to my current situation. He kept cutting me off, trying to push for a payment plan i did want or need. I was forwarded looking for a small loan. If anyone doesnt want to listen to you for any reason, just hang up.
