Not sure if this is the USA Amazon or not. I see Amazon has a long list of different ways to lodge a complaint as they are of poor service all over the globe! I am disgusted with the customer care for Americans, even though the customer care is all over the globe in India, Philippines, wherever, none of which speak or understand English. Can't seem to get my refund! Tried for days and days. Rude arrogant reps hang up on me, when I get frustrated at their lack of doing their job and resolving issue! May need to just dispute the charges. Sellers on this site over price merchandise they buy and resell at gouged pricing! Or sellers are from China and sell inferior items that do not look anything like the pictures posted. Avoid shopping here.

I purchased a book from a third party seller, WYEMART. The book received was not very clean, with glue residue on the back side as well as remnants of adhesive labels.
When you open the book, ink traces are visible that have bled across different pages as well as dried waterspots. It is clear that the book has suffered water damage.
The book was sold for 22,49 € (postage and vat not included) whilst the previous selling price of 3 Pound sterling was still listed in the book. 3 pound sterling is 3,45 €. A big difference, in't it ?
The order form, inside my parcel mentioned 2 email adresses. I've contacted both of them, without response.
Contacted Amazon customer service by chat who promised me to contact seller, WYEMART. Received a very dumb answer, sent them again a reply that went unanswered and can now read on my amazon account that delivery date is currently unavailable. I have decided to keep the book because it has been on my searchlist for a very long time, WISECRACKER - The Life and Times of William Haines. I find it shameful that Wyemart is selling books in this condition and I find it even more shameful that Amazon lends its platform to such sellers. Amazon's customer service and help is very poor as well. The result of all this is customer loss. Thank you Amazon.

Terrible customer service. I purchased a product from a third party seller that was never received. I contacted the seller in accordance with Amazon policy and they told me to contact Amazon. I contacted Amazon and they said that they would contact the sellerI I waited two days and called Amazon again and was told that no o e had contacted the seller but they would do that right away. I got a message from the seller saying to contact Amazon. I contacted Amazon for the third time and told them that I was being caught in the middle of their “A to Z” guarantee. Their advice was to try not to order from third party sellers and that the would contact the seller again. I got another message from the seller saying that they had told Amazon to refund my purchase and they couldn’t understand why they hadn’t done that. Amazon told me that it would take a week to get a refund if “it was approved.” I worked on this for eight days.

Just like a butcher who puts his thumb on the scale or a used car dealer that rolls back the odometer, Amazon is engaging in similar unscrupulous bait-and-switch activities. Advertising products as new, only to ship inventory that is already two years old, is a violation of the implied warranty of merchantability under NY UCC § 2-314 and constitutes deceptive trade practices. I received two separate deliveries of 24 AAA PowerMax batteries, and both packages arrived two years past their manufacture date.
Alkaline batteries that are two years old have only 80% of their 10-year guaranteed shelf life remaining and are considerably less powerful than fresh ones as they age. Always check manufacture dates.
If you fall victim to this scam, exercise your rights by posting similar reviews, disputing charges with your bank, and reporting these illegal acts to your state’s Attorney General’s Consumer Frauds Bureau.
As a journalist with over 50 years of experience and an Amazon Prime member for over a decade, it is my duty to report that I no longer trust Amazon. They encourage and conspire with sleazy vendors who foist old merchandise as new, prioritizing those ill-gotten revenues over their responsibility to their customers.

The parcel was dumped on our doorstep
Fortunately we were as they knocked on the door n ran away
I hurried after the driver and asked why he’d dumped the parcel on the doorstep n not handed it to me. He said the instructions we had given was”leave on doorstep or in porch”
We don’t have a porch n would never have given instructions to leave on the doorstep. Not that stupid
He said he’d had many identical complaints like mine today. So is that trying to sidestep matters or a technical glitch
Whatever… its bad service n does not constitute legal delivery
I think they switch all instructions to doorstep so they can avoid liability if the item is stolen

Ordered Funkos at amazon US 2 times !! after 6 weeks no dispatched at all no info but money taken at order! so I had to investigate! excuses over excuses! system error, telling me fake deliver dates, then it wasnt available even when it was availble and still is! No I reordered on suport advice and tada same issiu and same problems and same excuses! amazon global takes time, not in stock, low in stock, customs even if it wasnt even dispatched lol so they give us deliver dates when we order. then change them to 2-3 weeks later directly after payment just to not move a bit untill that day. then we have to investigate to get excuses !! stupid excuses no-one believes! It's a JOKE! and its not even the only order! all orders take now up to 2 month after at buying it is being said 10 days lol even the simply INK or a smart bulb takes 4 weeks delivery wtf unprofessional, incompetent and lies!

I have been with Amazon for years. If I have a problem, I go to the right Department & it gets resolved. Their quick delivery options and Whole Foods connection is a Godsend!
