What a hugh disappointment! I so wished I had read the reviews before my purchase of the 8x18 polycarbonate greenhouse.
No resolution. Amerlife refused to sell the speciality plastic quick-connectors (4) J207 and (2) J206 which all broke during assembly bc of strong winds overnight. It was past warranty so there is no customer support. They recommended I search online for a suitable replacement. I have searched and searched. These plastic components are speciality and a suitable replacement isn't available. This company is also Wayfair. Buyer beware.

I ordered a cabinet and it had faulty shelves that did not align with the screw holes so that they could not be installed properly. The company would not issue a refund unless I paid for the expensive shipping which costs as much as the item. Also it is too heavy for me to lift to return. I am upset with Amazon for selling their products and not standing behind them and also this Amer-life company for leaving customers in an impossible place. I just wasted $400. A hard lesson learned. Never again.
Do not do business with Amerlife
I purchased a gazebo package from Amerlife through Walmart. The package cost me over 800.00. I purchased it on July 2 and received 3 of 4 packages. One of the packages received had a crushed corner and the contents corner was crushed. It was metal roofing. I had to contact Walmart to contact them to tell them to contact me which they eventually did. It has been a nightmare since then. First they say the missing box is coming, then they request a video of what we received showing the damage, now they say they can’t find the order or information about me or the transaction and want a screen shot of the order which I sent. If they can’t find me or the order then I shouldn’t have to pay for it, right?

Misrepresented product and did not help with a defective part.
I orderd a full bedroom set. It was delivered fast. The quality is not as described. It said that it is solid natural pine wood bed frame. It is not. There are only few small parts that are solid wood, everything else is manufactured wood. So that was mispresentatuon here. But I let be. One of the drawer slides on one side was bent/defective. So the drawer will not open fully, but only half way. I contacted the company, sent them pictures and video as they requested. They blame the assembly process. But if my husband put all the drawers wirh no problems in, including fir 6-drawers commode, hot come you blame the assembley process? They refuse to send me another set of 2 sliders. The problem is that Home Depot does not even has the one that is compatible, otherwise, I will not bother.
Horrible company to purchase from. I should read reviews before ordering anything from them.

I buy the Sylvan grreenhouse with Quick Connector, it's firm and steady as mentioned, just takes me more than 10 hours to assemble. Some screws are not in the box, maybe lost, I fixed it by myself. Not bad choice. I may update if they have any good solution for it.

Scam--do not buy
Scam--do not buy. As other users have stated, this company/site is a complete scam. They have not sent the order as promised, which was a gift for my wife. Paid over $1k and they consistently refuse to refund, despite at least 3 emails stating that I wanted a refund, which were sent in accordance with their stated cancellation policy. So, I am out over $1500, have no product and cannot even speak to a real person. As others have stated, they are based in China and impossible to get a hold of. Stay away, far away.
Easton 110” U-Shaped Sofa
October 13, 2024 I purchased the Easton 110” U-Shaped Sofa. Unfortunately, I have encountered several issues with the product that I believe warrants attention.
Firstly, I have noticed that all of the slats have broken under normal use, which has rendered the sofa unstable and unusable. This is particularly disappointing given the investment of over $600 in this piece of furniture. Additionally, I followed the company’s instructions for cleaning the removable covers; however, they have torn easily after washing, further contributing to my dissatisfaction with the quality of the sofa.
I am greatly disappointed with the product, this company’s response time and mostly importantly their demonstration of resolve.
Ordered the Led Bed frame from them…
Ordered the Led Bed frame from them 1.14 to only be missing the MAJOR part of it so it cant be put together. I reached out it was a lot of back n forth they said they would “resend” the bed and keep the extra pieces for back up…. Bed arrived again today 1.25 STILL MISSING THE MAJOR PIECE!! I will now have to rebuy the bed from wayfair for more money

Worst product and customer service
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience with your company. I placed an order on 1/5 and immediately canceled it the same day upon reading concerning reviews from other customers. Despite my two emails requesting cancellation, the order was still shipped.
I have now been trying to return the product all week, but instead of resolving the issue, I have only been offered discounts. Furthermore, the product I received appears to have been previously used, and the box shows signs of being a return.
According to your return policy, I should be entitled to a refund, but I have yet to receive one. I am requesting a full refund for this order, as the product and service have not met my expectations. Please confirm the next steps for returning the item and processing my refund.
I hope you can resolve this matter. I have also reported you to BBB and will never purchase your cheap products. Quality is horrible.

At first glance, their website looks professional enough to inspire trust—but don’t be fooled!
My Experience:
I ordered a sofa bed for $400, expecting a brand-new, factory-assembled product. What I received instead was a used, poorly packaged, and non-factory-assembled item. Disappointed, I contacted their customer care via email, but they were utterly non-responsive and unhelpful. Eventually, they tried to lowball me with a $100 refund, which is insulting given the state of the product and the money I spent. After days of frustration and no resolution, I had to escalate the matter by filing a dispute with my bank (Chase).
Why You Should Avoid Them:
Non-existent customer support – They don’t respond promptly, and there’s no phone number to call.
Unreliable service – Expect defective, used products with no proper recourse.
Numerous negative reviews online – I’m clearly not the only one who’s had this terrible experience.
Save yourself the headache. This company does not care about its customers and is only out to take your money. Don’t fall for it like I did!
Really bad customer service
EDITED: I’m updating my review because I believe in fairness. The company sent me the wrong instruction manual, which didn’t indicate that the smaller parts were stored inside the larger parts. After two weeks of frustrating back-and-forth, with long silent periods, customer service finally clarified this. While I appreciate the resolution, the process was unnecessarily long and could have been avoided with communication and accurate instructions from the start.

Avoid them! I ordered a couch and only received half of it—one box with a few parts. Despite reaching out multiple times via email and following their instructions, I’ve received no resolution. They’ve been unresponsive, and their customer service is non-existent. There’s no way to get through to them by phone, and they only seem to delay addressing the issue. I’ve provided photos, videos, and proof that I only received one box, yet nothing has been done. I’m now forced to file a small claims case to try to get my money back. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this company at all costs!

I’m being generous in giving this company 3 stars. I’m not sure if Amerlife is a scam. I spent almost $400 on a bedframe. I was very hopeful about this company. But….. then it started getting fishy and I’m starting to feel like this is a scam website which is unfortunate. I order the bedframe on 12/29/24. On the next day I received an email on 12/30 that my order has been shipped and they provided a tracking number with FedEx. However every time I look for updates it says a label has been created even thought the email I received from Amerlife said it has been shipped. I contacted several time Amerlifes customers support and they stated to me that they contact FedEx to update their tracking with in 24 hours if they do not they will ship me out another BOX.(which I don’t know what they mean about send another BOX). It’s the 9th of January and still no updates. I contacted FedEx and they told me they don’t even have the package it’s still with the sender they have not received anything from Amerlife. And when contacting Amerlife about this I get no response. At this point I want a refund. If this isn’t resolved unfortunately I will need to escalate this further and report them to the bureau. And will be warning everyone I know and my friends who are influencers to not buy from here. It’s unfortunate because I had hopes for this company. They let me down….
Awful service
Awful service. We ordered a sectional. We have not received one of the recliners and armrest. We can’t talk to anyone, get an automatic email reply, bad business. I will be using legal action against them, if this isn’t resolved.

I bought a fireplace and it was poorly packaged and destroyed by fedex before arriving to my house. Fedex refused to deliver it and amerlife refuses to ship a replacement. They asked me to resolve it with fedex. No product just scammed.
Customer service does not exist
Long story short, my experience shopping from this site has been an absolute disaster, I placed an order for a couch and immediately after placing the order I noticed the shipping address is incorrect. I've spent days trying to get the shipping address corrected by contacting their customer service, and I have received absolutely no reply from them at all.
To correct this I've tried emailing, and each time I get an automated reply from a robot which is unable to help me further. This is also the only email listed ANYWHERE, except for the email given by the voicemail greeting. I tried to email that address, and the email bounced back to my inbox since it apparently doesn't even exist.
I also tried calling, both during their listed service hours and outside, it always gives me the voicemail greeting that their service department is closed. So I never get anyone to answer.
They have a chat robot on their site, which is totally useless as well. In fact the responses it gives me are the same ones I get in my email, if I use the same question.
So it appears there is no way to get in touch with a person, and their chat bot doesn't provide any assistance.
Worst of all there appears to be no way to cancel an order without contacting their support. So you can imagine that cancelling an order is basically impossible.
The experience buying literally one item through this website has been absolutely nightmarish and I do not recommend it. If there is any mistake in your order there is nobody to contact to rectify the issue.
Do not buy here! They are scammers!
The quality of their products is awful, far from wat you spect when you see the pictures, honestly I don't know how could they get any positive review... Their return policy is a scam! They pretendo you to carry the shipping costs...

My honest 3 star rating on their product was not posted on their website. They want only the reviews that attract more people to spend money on their products.
